Luna is the SSR order-attribute caster in Star Savior, a self-styled prophet who inherited the Moon Staff from the Great Witch of Dreams. On paper she reads like a support-caster, but her real identity is an all-enemy damage dealer with crowd control baked into her ultimate. Every one of her active skills hits the whole enemy line, which decides exactly where she shines and where she falls short.
Quick answer: Luna is strong as a full-AoE caster. She carries fights loaded with adds or stealth gimmick mobs and sees heavy PvP use because all three of her attack skills target every enemy. She is weak for single-target boss damage, so she is not a first-pick nuker against one big health bar.

Luna’s base profile in Star Savior
Luna belongs to the Voyager Salvation Team and fights as an order-element caster. Her standout base numbers are her critical damage and her speed, which is why her build leans hard into critical scaling and turn frequency rather than raw bulk.

The core of Luna’s value is that her basic, special, and ultimate all strike every enemy. Each attack also carries Nova Burst, which temporarily adds 1 to her Toughness fixed damage on hit. That gives her steady stagger pressure on top of the wide coverage.
| Skill | Type | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Girl Who Sees the Future (Passive) | Passive | Raises Luna’s ATK. When she uses The World I See while holding a buff, her critical damage also rises. |
| Defensive Mana Shot (Basic) | All enemies | Fires a mana orb at all foes and grants Luna 1 stack of Insight. 30% ATK coefficient. |
| Hecate’s Ember (Special) | All enemies, 5-turn cooldown | Blasts lunar mana into the enemy center and gives Luna Crit Rate Up for 2 turns. 60% ATK coefficient. |
| The World I See (Ultimate) | All enemies, 5-turn cooldown | 50% chance to Bind all enemies for 2 turns. Nova Burst pushes the Bind chance to 100%. 66.25% ATK coefficient. |
The ultimate is the reason Luna is disruptive in PvP. Leveled and delivered through Nova Burst, its Bind can lock every enemy for two turns with certainty, and skill upgrades trim the cooldown and add more Bind chance at the base level. Hecate’s Ember also reduces its own cooldown at higher ranks, so her rotation tightens as you invest.

Recommended Luna build
Luna wants to move often and crit hard. The gear layout stacks Speed as the primary priority, then critical stats, so she takes turns quickly and lands consistent AoE damage with her ultimate ready more often.
| Gear slot | Recommendation |
|---|---|
| Set bonus | 4-Piece Speed + 2-Piece Valor |
| Necklace main stat | Speed |
| Ring main stat | Attack |
For rolled substats, prioritize in this order: Speed, then Critical Rate, then Critical Damage, then Attack, and finally Effect Hit. That sequence keeps her acting early while feeding the critical scaling her passive rewards.
Skill leveling priority
| Skill | Priority level | End-game level |
|---|---|---|
| Defensive Mana Shot (Basic) | 3 | 7 |
| Hecate’s Ember (Special) | 6 | 7 |
| The World I See (Ultimate) | 6 | 8 |
Push the special and ultimate first. Their upgrades unlock the cooldown reductions and the extra Bind chance that make Luna reliable, while the basic skill only needs early investment before you round it off later.

Journey training and arcana
In Journey mode, Luna starts with 180 Power, 130 Concentration, 20 Stamina, 20 Patience, and 10 Protection. Her training focus follows Power first, then Health, then Endurance, which matches her resonance potentials of attack sense, destruction sense, and insight.
| Mode | Recommended arcana |
|---|---|
| Normal | No Pain, No Gain; Divine Judgement; A Knight’s Oath; The Perfect Bunny Girl; Made by Petra♡ |
| Hard | No Pain, No Gain; Divine Judgement; The Indomitable Masterpiece; A Knight’s Oath; Made by Petra♡ |
Where Luna performs: PvE and PvP
In PvE, Luna’s single-target output is low, so her pick rate drops in content where you only need to burn down one boss. She flips into a carry the moment a stage throws stealth gimmick mobs or clustered adds at you. Her wide special skill clears those threats fast and removes the stress they normally cause.
In PvP, the fact that all three of her attack skills hit every enemy makes her a frequent inclusion. Combined with the guaranteed Bind from her ultimate through Nova Burst, she can shut down a full enemy team’s turn while chipping the whole line at once.
So the short version holds up. Luna is not a boss-melting single-target dealer, and building her for that will disappoint. Build her as the AoE caster and control piece she actually is, lean into Speed and crit, and prioritize her special and ultimate, and she pulls her weight in both add-heavy PvE and competitive PvP.
