Suhsin the Inevitable arrived as a weekly boss in the 3.7 update of Wuthering Waves, and clearing it is how you gather the upgrade materials for Hsin along with the boss Echo. Before it becomes available, you have to push through the main story far enough to open the fight.
Quick answer: Finish the Mengzhou Chapter 4 – Act 4: Rebirth from the Depths quest, travel to the Heart of Stillness in Mengshuan Vale on the Simulacrum Nexus of Mengzhou map, then trigger Unison twice to strip the boss’s resistances before burning it down.
Where to find Suhsin the Inevitable
On the newly added Simulacrum Nexus of Mengzhou map, the boss domain lies near the Heart of Stillness in Mengshuan Vale, nearly at the map’s midpoint.
You pass through this location naturally while playing the version 3.7 main story. The domain will not appear, though, until you complete the quest Mengzhou Chapter 4 – Act 4: Rebirth from the Depths or progress far enough into it. Once that condition is met, the fight opens up in the area described above.
The Paradox mechanic and Electro resistance
Suhsin carries high resistance to Electro, which matters because Hsin and other Electro units land softer hits at the start of the fight. The counter is the Unison mechanic. Every time a character triggers Unison, the boss gains one stack of Paradox.
You can apply a maximum of two stacks. Each one makes the boss take 15% more damage, so having both raises the damage by 30%. With two stacks active, the boss’s resistance to every Attribute falls to 0, eliminating the Electro penalty and making Electro teams a serious threat.
A Hsin and Suoming pairing feels weak before Paradox stacks, since both lean on Electro. Once you push to two stacks, that same duo starts dealing considerably more damage.
