The Block event
The Block overtonight and friends: Schedule, Times & Next Countdown
overtonight and friends is a live concert night staged inside The Block, the Roblox music venue that has drawn more than 150 million visits and sits on over 400,000 favorites. Rather than a one-off show, it comes back on a roughly three-week rhythm, putting overtonight back on stage alongside a rotating cast of guest performers for one night each cycle.
Every edition runs as a single live performance, with the developer rebuilding the bill around a fresh set of artists, so the pattern stays dependable even as the lineup changes from night to night. The next date and the usual start windows are on the card below, which also counts down to the upcoming show.

How often overtonight and friends runs
overtonight and friends returns every ~21 days, with the next night expected around Friday, October 30 at 7:50 PM ET. The developer has not locked that following date yet, so it is our best estimate from the rhythm the show has kept so far; we confirm the time here once the night is posted. Across its 2 nights to date, it has opened in a tight Friday-evening window.
Across its two nights so far, doors have opened at one of two closely spaced Friday times:
- Fridays, 7:50 PM ET
- Fridays, 8:00 PM ET
Everything runs on Eastern time, and that Friday-evening slot lands at very different points on the clock elsewhere. For the 7:50 PM ET start, here is roughly how it reads around the world:
- US West Coast: 4:50 PM PT (Friday)
- US East Coast: 7:50 PM ET (Friday)
- UK: 11:50 PM (Friday)
- Central Europe: 12:50 AM (Saturday)
- India: 5:20 AM (Saturday)
- Japan: 8:50 AM (Saturday)
- Australia (AEDT): 10:50 AM (Saturday)
What happens in it
Each night is built around a headline set from overtonight, backed by a short run of guest acts. Recent editions have featured Tommy Ragen, never goodbye, kaysnoto, and Nafeesisboujee sharing the same stage. The format is deliberately compact:
- A headline performance from overtonight plus several supporting artists on one bill.
- An exclusive reward for showing up, handed out only to players present at the live show.
- A single-performance run — the developer calls it “one show only,” so the set plays once and does not repeat that cycle.
Tips for catching it
Because the attendance reward only goes to players in the room, the main thing is simply being logged in when the doors open. Check the projected start time on the card above and set a reminder a few minutes ahead, since the show starts promptly. If you miss a night, there is no need to chase it — the event comes back on its usual three-week cycle, and the next date is always on the card above.
How it fits The Block’s rhythm
The Block keeps a steady calendar of live music, and overtonight and friends is the recurring anchor within it. The same venue has hosted one-off nights such as Phonk Night Vol. 1 and an Artist Spotlight, as well as the RIA 26 Afterparty tied to the Roblox Innovation Awards. Those come and go, while overtonight and friends is the show you can count on returning each cycle.
