The finale of Roblox’s 20th anniversary event lives under a giant gold trophy in the Infinity section of the hub, and it is the only path to the event’s two rarest rewards. It is already open, but standing next to the trophy is not the same as being ready to enter it. Getting in comes down to badge progress, a couple of optional shortcuts that are now mostly settled, and a sliding-tile puzzle that can eat up your afternoon if you rush it.
Quick answer: Collect all 40 badges (20 main, 20 secret), then solve the sliding-tile puzzle at the gold trophy before the event closes at 17:00 UTC on September 28 to claim the Amictus Infinitum cape.
Final Puzzle requirements: all 40 badges
The trophy stays locked until both progress tracks are complete. That means 40 badges total — 20 regular badges and 20 secret badges — before the Final Puzzle will open the normal way.
The 20 regular badges come from finishing each participating game’s main event quest, which carries you into Year Infinity. Most players who have been keeping up already have these. The 20 secret badges are separate. Each game hides one secret quest, tracked as a fragment, and you claim the matching reward at the year podiums inside the 2026 Lobby Hub. All 20 fragments are needed for the trophy to open.

The hidden badges arrived in several releases instead of one drop. If you have not searched each game for its secret quests, some badges may still be missing. No codes or Robux can replace the gameplay required to earn them.
Do not trust your Roblox profile badge count alone. The profile total can differ from what the hub has registered, so compare it against the year podiums or the hub’s fragment display, which is usually shown as a 20/20 total. If both sides are complete and the trophy is still locked, rejoin a fresh official server before trying again.

Add to Google Preferences →Find the Final Puzzle trophy in the Infinity hub
Once your progress registers, walk the Infinity section so you know the layout before you commit. Open the official Hunt hub and head to the final area, where the games float in a galaxy backdrop. The gold Final Puzzle trophy is the main landmark, and floating displays for titles like 100 Days at Sea, Reclone, Anime Expeditions, Clean All the Leaves, and Steal an Egg surround it.

This is not another unlock condition. It just saves you from searching a crowded hub when dozens of players are all running around at once. Note where the trophy sits, remember the route, and interact with it using the [E] Final Puzzle Enter prompt when you are ready.
How to solve the sliding-tile puzzle
The finale is a large sliding-tile picture puzzle built on an 8×8 grid with a single empty space. Only tiles touching that empty space can move. When solved, the image forms the classic Roblox Noob character on green ground against a blue sky — a nod to the yellow-headed blocky avatar from 2006. Starting arrangements differ between players, so there is no universal sequence of moves; you have to react to your own board.
Keep a screenshot of the completed image nearby as a reference, and if only one to three tiles are out of order, fix them locally instead of resetting the whole board. Expect this to take a while — an unfamiliar 8×8 solve can run close to two hours.
Final Puzzle rewards: Dominus Infinitum and Amictus Infinitum
Your finishing position determines which prize you receive.
| Requirement | Reward |
|---|---|
| First 20 players worldwide to complete the Final Puzzle | Dominus Infinitum |
| Everyone else who completes it with all 40 badges | Amictus Infinitum cape |
The Dominus Infinitum is the grand prize — an iridescent, glass-textured Dominus hood with glowing pink “X” eye visors and animated sparkle particles. Its catalog entry reads “Ab initio, ad vicesimus,” Latin for “from the start up to the twentieth.” It went to the first 20 people worldwide to beat the finale on September 26 and is no longer obtainable. The item is listed as unavailable for sale, so it cannot be bought with Robux.
The Amictus Infinitum is awarded to all other players who complete the puzzle. The flowing cape has an iridescent rainbow look, with particles continually emanating from it. Like the Dominus, it cannot be purchased; completing the event is the only way to earn it. Finishing now still gets you the cape.
The Twentieth Teapot is a separate Roblox Plus reward. Earning it requires all 20 main quests and all 20 secret quests, but solving the Final Puzzle is not what grants it.
Optional routes: leaderboard early access and the Admin Abuse bonus
Two extra mechanics fed into the finale, and both matter far less now that the Dominus race is decided. They are worth understanding, but neither is a dependable route at this point.
Secret Challenge leaderboard early access
The trophy’s inscription described a faster path: place in the Top 20 on a game’s Secret Challenge leaderboard and the Final Puzzle unlocks before you finish the full 40-badge requirement. Each board ranks players by their secret-quest completion time, and with 20 games offering 20 spots each, no more than 400 players could ever take this route.

Boards appeared in stages, so finding one empty does not mean that game lacks the feature. If you check now, regard a leaderboard prompt as an indication of its current status, not a guaranteed head start; otherwise, use the standard 40-badge route.
Admin Abuse in +1 Speed Keyboard Escape
A red countdown station in the hub labeled “Admin Abuse” teleported players into +1 Speed Keyboard Escape. Attending a session granted a small bonus toward the Final Puzzle’s final battle. The station originally read “Play to unlock the final puzzle early!” before developers changed the wording to a small bonus after community feedback.

The precise benefit was never confirmed. This was a single scheduled event, not a permanent feature, and only players who joined during its window could benefit. Spend time on it only if the live hub displays an active Admin Abuse prompt. If it no longer appears, you are not missing a required unlock.
Deadline and how to confirm you finished
The event ends at 17:00 UTC on September 28, 2026, equivalent to 1 p.m. ET and 10 a.m. PT. Once it ends, the Amictus Infinitum cape and the free UGC rewards across the 20 games can no longer be obtained, making the closing time the deadline to watch.
Check your avatar inventory for the Amictus Infinitum to verify that the finale succeeded. Since the Dominus Infinitum went only to the first 20 people worldwide who completed the finale on September 26, completing it today gets you the cape, not the Dominus. Check that you have 20 main badges and 20 secret badges, and that the hub shows 20/20 fragments; then make sure the trophy recognizes your progress and try the puzzle before the event ends.
