How to redeem codes
Open Roblox and start the Trucking Empire experience from its game page.
Look at the bottom-left corner of the screen for the blue ticket or promo codes icon above your Cash amount, then click it to open the Promocodes window.
Click into the white text box, carefully type or paste a working code exactly as shown, and then press the green Submit/Enter button.
If the code is valid and unused, the reward (Cash or a vehicle) is added to your account immediately; if you see an error, check the code spelling or try another code.

Why codes might not work
- The code has expired. Many Trucking Empire codes are tied to visit milestones, like goals, or events and stop working after a while.
- The code was typed with a mistake. Codes are case-sensitive, so any wrong letter, missing number, or extra space can cause an error.
- The code was already redeemed on your Roblox account. Each promo code can usually be used only once per account.
- The server has not updated yet. Sometimes new codes work only on fresh servers; closing the game and rejoining can help.
