Universal Tower Defense X's Universal Festival Part 1 added nine One Piece-inspired towers, and most of them carry dense, multi-layered kits that don't fully appear in the in-game index until you actually own the unit. The abilities below cover the evolved versions, including Etherealization scaling, where it changes the effect.

Gluttonous Warlord (Despair) — Big Mom
A Secret-rarity Hill unit on the Rose element, obtained from the Warlord's Ship Raid. Her kit stacks crowd control, summon pressure, and layered damage-over-time.
Your Fear is Now My Strength stuns every unit in range for 3 seconds on a 12-second cycle. For each stunned enemy, she gains +2.5% Damage and +1% Range for 10 seconds. Etherealization 2 extends the buff window to 20 seconds.
Soul Harvest spawns a Gluttonous Ghost with 10% Health on every takedown inside her range, up to 10 active Ghosts at once. She also gains +1% Damage per Ghost, capped at +25%. Enemies in range whose Health is lower than her Damage take 2% Damage while inside the zone.
Ethereal Life Force is a one-per-match active that spawns a Giant Gluttonous Ghost at the start of the path during a Boss wave. The Ghost has Health equal to 250% of her Damage.
Special Companions activates on Final Upgrade, placing two sub-towers next to her:

Eternal Despair triggers when a Ghost summon dies, applying Black Burn for 25% Damage over 5 ticks to nearby enemies and launching a 50% Damage follow-up. At Etherealization 6, that follow-up scales to 100%. At Etherealization 4, every Stun she applies also applies Black Burn.

Dragon Warlord (Rage) — Kaido
Secret-rarity Ground Fire unit from the Emperor's Kingdom World Raid. The kit revolves around a Rage bar that gates two stronger forms.
Dragon Rage fills a bar up to 100, or 150 at Etherealization 4. He gains +1% Rage every second, on every takedown, and on every attack. Every 2% Rage converts into +1% Damage and +1% Range.
At 65 Rage, he enters Hybrid Form, gaining +20% DoT and +20% True Damage. Etherealization 2 pushes those to +35% DoT and +30% True Damage. At 100 Rage, he unlocks Dragon Form, a manual-control mode dealing 100% Damage for 60 seconds (150% Damage for 90 seconds at Etherealization 6). The form ends when Rage drains to zero.
Dragon Assault moves him to the last enemy he attacked every other attack. In Normal Form, the follow-up is a full-AOE 20% Damage hit. In Hybrid Form, that follow-up becomes 35% Damage and applies 25% Slow for 5 seconds. If a Boss exits half his range, he relocates to the Boss and fires a follow-up.
Dragon Breath applies Burn (30% Damage over 4 ticks) on attack in Normal Form. Hybrid Form adds a 1-second Stun on top.
Conqueror of Lightning triggers a Dragon Assault follow-up when an enemy enters half his range, applying 2-second Stun and Electrified for 30% Damage over 5 ticks. Applying Burn to an Electrified enemy strips the Electrified status and immediately deals 50% Damage.

Mochi Pirate (Conqueror) — Katakuri
Secret Ground Fire unit obtained by clearing the Mirror Dimension Featured Challenge. The kit is shorter than most Update 3.0 units but built around guaranteed crit windows.
Flowing Mochi applies Time Snail on attack and leaves a liquid dough trail behind enemies that persists for 8 seconds. Enemies inside the dough take guaranteed Crits from this unit.
Evercrush Dough applies up to 3 stacks per enemy on attack or status application. At full stacks, his next attack deals +250% Damage.

Quake Warlord (Destroyer) — Whitebeard
Exclusive Ground Water unit earned from the Blitz Mode Battlepass. He carries one of the most impactful single-use actives in the game alongside strong Piece-tag synergy.
Power to Destroy the World is a one-time-per-match nuke that hits every enemy on the map for 350% Damage, applies Quake Stun for 15 seconds, and leaves a permanent +50% damage taken debuff until death. Quake Stun stacks with regular Stun rather than overwriting it.
My Sons turns allied debuffs into self-buffs. A debuff on a Piece-tag unit grants him +50% Damage for 30 seconds. A debuff on any other unit grants +30% Damage for 20 seconds. Etherealization 4 increases both buffs by 20%. When Spade is in range, he deals an extra +40% Damage to Spade specifically.
Conqueror's Clash awards +10% Crit Rate per Follow-up Attack, capped at +40%. Etherealization 6 raises that to +20% per follow-up. When a Boss enters range, he triggers an Attack 3 follow-up dealing +100% Critical Damage and applying a 4-second Stun. Crits also apply 40% Slow for 5 seconds.
The Strongest Man applies a 3-second Stun on every attack. Attacking an already-stunned enemy deals +40% Damage and stores 30% Damage across 5 attacks, capped at 150%. Etherealization 2 raises storage to 50% per attack, capped at 250%. Once 5 attacks are stored, he releases an Attack 2 follow-up for the full stored amount.

Sharpshooter King (Trapper) — Usopp
Secret Hybrid Wind unit from Conquered Lands Legend Stage Act 3. The kit shifts between long-range sniping and trap placement depending on whether enemies are in range.
Ready, Aim, Fire! activates when no enemies are in range. He gains +1,000% Range and fires a follow-up for 100% Damage (135% at Etherealization 2), applying Burn for 35% Damage over 6 ticks. Each follow-up grants +5% Damage, capped at +30%, on a 45-second cooldown that drops to 30 seconds at Etherealization 4.
Pop Green Traps replaces his attack with trap placement when no enemies are in range. He can hold up to 3 traps, raised to 6 at Etherealization 6.

Trap and Go grants +10% Damage per active trap. Once the trap cap is reached, enemies entering range trigger a 15% Damage follow-up and take +20% Damage until death. Bosses take +40% Damage until death instead.

String Warlord (Joker) — Doflamingo
Exclusive Ground unit is also tied to the Blitz Mode Battlepass. The kit balances passive clone pressure, a long-duration zone active, and a stacking burst.
String Clone gives each attack a 25% chance to spawn a clone. If three consecutive attacks fail to spawn one, the fourth is guaranteed. The clone hits at 75% Damage with 1.25x SPA and 100% Range, lasts 2 attacks, and absorbs any negative effect that would land on the main unit before vanishing.
Birdcage is the active. It opens a cage equal to 100% of his Range for 60 seconds. Every 10 seconds inside the cage, it triggers either String Swipe (45% Damage to all enemies in range) or String Stun (2.5-second Stun, Bleed for 20% Damage over 4 ticks, and 15% Slow for 4 seconds). When the cage closes, it explodes for 125% Damage, or 250% at Etherealization 6. The ability runs on a 120-second global cooldown.
Off-White grants 1 String stack on attack or kill, with each stack giving +3% Damage (+6% upgraded). At 10 stacks (7 at Etherealization 4), he consumes every stack and fires 2 String Worms at random enemies for 50% Damage each, or 80% upgraded.

Triple Threat (Unrivaled) — Zoro
Mythic Ground Wind unit obtained through Triple Threat. The kit centers on a Haki resource that powers a high-risk damage mode.
Nothing Happened reduces incoming Stun on units in range by 50%. If the stunned unit has the Piece tag, Zoro takes the Stun instead at 75% reduced duration.
King of Heck is the active. While running, he loses 10 Haki per attack (roughly 3% of the bar) and gains +50% Damage and +100% Crit Damage. If Haki falls below 10, the ability auto-disables, stuns him for 10 seconds, and locks Pirate Hunter for 30 seconds.
Pirate Hunter engages when a Boss enters range. He targets only the Boss, his AOE size halves, and he gains +50% Damage, 75% Hyper Armor Damage, and +50% Crit Rate. The bonuses last until the Boss leaves range.
Color of Armaments charges Haki at +1 per Bleed tick. Haki cannot regenerate while King of Heck is active.
Brutal Slashes applies Critical Bleed for 85% Damage over 7 seconds on attack. Hitting an enemy already carrying Critical Bleed triggers a 75% Damage follow-up.

Joyful Captain — Luffy
The new Universal-rarity tower from the Universal Festival Banner has 26 variants spanning three upgrade paths: Kong Gun (Top), Joy Boy (Middle), and Snakeman (Bottom), with a Gear... Death! finisher. Full passive and active values for every form are still being mapped out and not yet finalized in public references.

Note: the values above describe each unit's evolved form. The base version of every tower has a trimmed passive list and weaker scaling. Etherealization breakpoints are where most of the high-end damage and uptime live, so unevolved or low-Ether copies will feel noticeably softer than the numbers suggest.
