The Armoured Titan is one of the shifter forms in Venture: AOT, the Attack on Titan-inspired action game on Roblox. It turns your scout into a hulking, armor-plated titan built for ground combat, with heavy melee strikes and a charging ability aimed at clearing crowds of mindless titans. Access to the form and the fuel needed to use it are two separate things, which is where most of the confusion starts.
Quick answer: The Armoured Titan is a shifter unlocked with a 499 Robux gamepass. Each transformation spends one Shifter Serum, crafted from 10 Serum Fragments earned through missions and level-ups.
Unlocking the Armoured Titan shifter
The Armoured Titan is sold in the gamepass shop for 499 Robux. It sits alongside the other shifter forms the game offers, so you can pick the one that matches how you want to fight.
| Shifter | Gamepass price | Serums per shift |
|---|---|---|
| Attack Titan | 499 Robux | 1 |
| Armoured Titan | 499 Robux | 1 |
| Colossal Titan | 599 Robux | 2 |
Buying the gamepass only grants you the right to transform. Each actual transformation still costs a Shifter Serum, so owning the pass and being able to shift right now are not the same thing.

Every Armoured Titan transformation consumes one Shifter Serum. Serums are not bought with Kroner or Robux; you build them from Serum Fragments. It takes 10 fragments to form a single serum, and fragments drop as you level up and complete missions.
When you have none, the game blocks the shift with a message stating that the Armoured Titan takes 1 shifter serum, you have 0, and that missions pay serum fragments. Reaching a new level pays fragments too, so steady play rebuilds your supply between transformations.
To shift, open the Shifter dropdown at the top of the HUD, choose the Armoured Titan serum entry, then move out to open ground before triggering the transformation. A giant yellow lightning bolt strikes down and you emerge as the titan, which confirms the serum was spent and the shift succeeded.

Trigger the shift in an open area rather than between buildings, so the titan model has room to spawn and move.

Armoured Titan abilities
The form is built around close-range brawling. It chains punches, has a dedicated kick, a shockwave roar for escaping grabs, and a forward charge for closing distance and breaking through structures.
| Ability | What it does |
|---|---|
| Punch combos | Light and heavy melee strikes that build a kill streak against mindless titans |
| High kick (X) | A kick attack bound to the X key |
| Roar / repulsion blast | Bursts steam in a shockwave to break free when an AI titan grabs you |
| Breach Run | A high-velocity shoulder charge that knocks back enemies and damages structures |

Breach Run is the form’s mobility tool as much as an attack. It launches the titan forward in a shoulder tackle that dashes through streets, scattering enemies in its path.

The roar matters most when a mindless titan has you in its grip. Firing the steam shockwave breaks the hold and clears the space around you, letting you reset before continuing the fight.

Progression skill tree
The Armoured Titan has its own progression tree spent with skill and attribute points you earn from leveling. Vitality raises health by 4% per rank and runs from rank 0 of 5. A full reset of the tree costs 2,500 Kroner.
- Vitality — +4% health per rank (0 of 5)
- Strength
- Endurance
- Recovery
- Plating
- Hardening
- Breach Run
Hardening and its Tackle node start locked, so parts of the tree open up as you invest. Points come from leveling, with early milestones handing out serum fragments, attribute points, and skill points together.
How it holds up against the Colossal Titan
The Armoured Titan is strong against crowds of mindless titans, where its punches, kicks and Breach Run clear waves quickly. Against a Colossal Titan, the matchup flips. The Colossal has far greater reach and damage resistance, and the Armoured Titan’s tackles and heavy punches land for little visible effect, while a single stomp can knock the Armoured form down.
There is also a time limit. The shift runs on a timer and reverts you to human form when it expires, and nearby players shifting can cut the window short as well. Once it ends, you are back on foot with your ODM gear and need another serum before you can transform again.
