Resin-free farming you can start immediately
Two of the largest quantities on the list cost nothing but time. Frostfairy Flower is the Snezhnaya local specialty, and the densest routes run through Snezhnograd, the Sanctuary of Grief, and Pilgrimage to the Sacred Gorge. The plant respawns on the usual 48-hour timer, so a single full route repeated every two days clears 168 well before launch.
The Chimeric line drops from Aberrant Chimeric Monsters, including the Chimeric Winged Elephant, Chimeric Horned Bear, and Chimeric Burrowbeast. Crafting up from lower tiers works too, so slivers and fragments left over from Barbara or Neuvillette builds are not wasted.

Her ascension boss material comes from the Immortal Construct, located near the Central Station in Snezhnaya. You need 46 of them, which is roughly 16 to 24 boss clears depending on drop luck, so this is the item most likely to bottleneck a day-one Level 90.
Fortitude talent books and the domain schedule
Teachings, Guide to, and Philosophies of Fortitude come from the Relics of the Fallen Grace domain, which opens on Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday. Three days a week is a hard ceiling, and 186 books total is a large ask, so start these first if you intend to crown all three talents.
Madman’s Restraint from the Dottore weekly boss
The 18 Madman’s Restraint required come from the Dottore trounce domain in Nod-Krai. Weekly boss drops are capped at three discounted clears per account each week, and Dust of Azoth conversions can top up shortfalls if you end up with the wrong weekly material instead.
Crown of Insight
Crowns cannot be farmed. They arrive through flagship events and a handful of one-time sources such as the Sacred Sakura and Frostbearing Tree offerings. If your stock is low, hold what you have for the talent that carries her kit rather than spreading three crowns thin.
