Warden’s update schedule has rolled forward again. The Allseer wrapped up on August 24, and Sonar Studios has two more content drops lined up back to back: New Survivor on August 28, followed a week later by Breakdowns on September 4.
New Survivor is the headline of the pair. It has drawn about 40,000 survivors marking their interest — the biggest turnout on Warden’s calendar heading into September — with Breakdowns close behind at about 40,000. Both are content updates rather than limited-time events, each holding a multi-day window. Warden itself stays busy, with around about 1,000 players delving at once, more than about 10,000,000 total visits, and over about 270,000 favorites.

New Survivor (August 28 – September 1)
New Survivor is the nearer of the two updates, opening August 28 at 5:15 PM ET (4:15 PM CT, 2:15 PM PT, 9:15 PM UTC) and running through September 1. The developer’s teaser follows a new playable ally who enters through the Sun Door and pushes into the Warden Creation Cave to confront the horrors waiting inside. With about 40,000 players already marking their interest, it is the most-anticipated item on the schedule.
Breakdowns (September 4 – September 8)
Breakdowns follows a week later, starting September 4 at 6:15 PM ET (5:15 PM CT, 3:15 PM PT, 10:15 PM UTC) and running through September 8. The setup: the Creation Caverns are destabilizing as the Wardens’ energy grows erratic and hard to predict. Even the transportation cavern isn’t reliable anymore — it now stops in impassable spots, forcing the crew to find new ways through. Interest sits at about 40,000 ahead of launch, just behind New Survivor.
The Allseer (recently wrapped)
The Allseer ran August 21 through August 24 and drew about 46,000 interested survivors, the largest turnout Warden has seen this cycle. It introduced a new presence lurking in the shadows, with fresh locations to explore and hidden pieces of the game’s history to uncover before facing the Allseer itself. That window has now closed, with attention shifting to New Survivor.
The update rhythm
Warden’s recent drops have landed almost exactly a week apart — The Allseer on August 21, New Survivor on August 28, and Breakdowns on September 4 — each opening in the late-afternoon-to-early-evening Eastern window, roughly between 5:00 PM and 6:15 PM ET. If the studio holds that weekly rhythm, the update after Breakdowns would be due around the week of September 11, though nothing beyond these two has been announced yet.
