Playable characters in Warhammer Survivors
The roster spans more than 40 playable champions pulled from both the Warhammer 40,000 and Age of Sigmar universes. You pick your setting, choose a character, and each one starts with its own weapon and stats, so no two runs play the same.

|---|---|---|
| Morvenn Vahl | Warhammer 40,000 | High Abbess Sanctorum, Adepta Sororitas |
| Malum Caedo | Warhammer 40,000 | Ultramarine Sternguard Veteran (Boltgun hero) |
| Trooper Kozlowski | Warhammer 40,000 | Cadian Shock Trooper |

| Lyssa Revenya | Age of Sigmar | Thief and tomb-robber, Saviours of Cinderfall |
| Neave Blacktalon | Age of Sigmar | Warrior of the God-King Sigmar |
| Sharynn Azurwrath | Age of Sigmar | Stormcast Eternal Vanquisher |
| Gotrek Gurnisson | Age of Sigmar | Slayer and monster-slayer |

Morvenn Vahl
Vahl started out as a young Celestian Superior before rising to supreme commander of the Adepta Sororitas. She leads crusades from the front in her ornate Paragon Warsuit, wielding the Heavy Bolter Fidelis, which fires a fan of projectiles and can trigger a miracle to increase its rate of fire. Evolving Fidelis into the Purgator Mirabilis grants access to the warsuit’s Paragon Missile Launcher, adding explosive salvos to the bolter’s attack.
Lyssa Revenya
A talented thief from Lethis and member of the Saviours of Cinderfall, Lyssa turns her break-in tools into weapons. Her Rope and Grapnel fire hooks from random screen edges, damaging enemies and dragging survivors away. When it evolves, she summons the Ghost of Rhea, a screaming banshee that bursts into a cloud of damaging ghostly fog.

Weapons, enemies, and stages
You wield an arsenal of over 75 weapons drawn from the far future and the Mortal Realms. These range from the Astartes Chainsword and Boltgun to Whirlwind Axes, Orbital Bombardment, and tabletop nods like buckets of dice and the humble pot of Citadel Nuln Oil. Weapons can be mixed with power-ups and evolved into new forms for screen-clearing effects.
Enemies come from across both settings, and each stage hosts its own faction and secrets. Expect to fight the following:
- Tyranid swarms and their monstrous Xenos Bioforms
- Orks
- Death Guard Plague Marines and the forces of Chaos
- Skaven hordes
- Ancient beasts and otherworldly gods
Stages are built on locations from both universes, from the ashen plains of Aqshy to the cramped corridors of an abandoned Space Hulk. Each one features a powerful boss, such as the Tyranid Norn Emissary or the Ork warlord Ghazghkull Mag Uruk Thraka, and you need specific weapons to bring them down. A meta-progression layer unlocks new characters, weapons, abilities, and rare relics as you play.
You directly control one character per run, while others join as companions representing the weapons you carry into battle.
