Maintenance window and Stellar Jade compensation
Servers go offline for about five hours before the patch unlocks, and you can't log in during that period. The downtime is used to load the new content and apply bug fixes. The end of maintenance is the moment 4.3 becomes playable.

What's new in Honkai Star Rail 4.3
Mortenax Blade headlines the update as the only new playable character, a 5-star Fire unit who walks the Path of Nihility. His Ultimate, "Fornax Ex Corpore," deploys a Bounded Field that increases damage taken by all enemies and pushes him into an enhanced state with a stronger kit. The accompanying signature Light Cone, Reforged in Hellfire, arrives on the Brilliant Fixation banner alongside him.
The banners split across two phases. Phase 1 runs from launch through June 24, 2026, featuring Mortenax Blade and a Yao Guang rerun. Phase 2 runs from June 24 to July 14, 2026, with Cyrene and Phainon reruns. Sampo, Luka, and Tingyun are the rate-up 4-stars in Phase 1, while March 7th, Arlan, and Yukong feature in Phase 2.

The new Trailblaze Mission, The Lethe Below the Living, continues the Planarcadia arc as the Trailblazer and Blade head into the World in Canvas to warn Graphia about Asat Pramad. The update adds the Inkford Hermitage map, two relic sets (As Navigator Isee Sees It and Divine-Querying Master Smith), and the boss Murata Graphia, Founding Artist.
For events, Pixel Plane Rumble is an arcade-style dogfighting minigame, and Wispae Amusement Park is a management mode where you plan routes and place rides. A new Starward Mode is added to Memory of Chaos, Pure Fiction, and Apocalyptic Shadow, awarding an extra 100 Stellar Jades per mode for a full-star clear, up to 300 in total. A mobile Home Screen widget is among the quality-of-life additions.
