The loading screen does not appear mid-match. After the match ends and you return to the lobby, open your Locker to find it and equip it. Once unlocked, it stays in your account permanently.
How to complete Olivia’s Found Quest for the Olivia’s Lock Spray
Talking to Olivia also opens a Found Quest that asks you to jam with her. Finishing it rewards the Olivia’s Lock Spray. The whole task takes only a few seconds once you are next to her.
Note: The Olivia’s Lock Spray currently unlocks without an on-screen notification. If you do not see a confirmation, open your Locker after the match to find the spray and equip it manually.
