Wuthering Waves 3.4 livestream codes (expire May 31)

Three codes were released during the broadcast. They are time-limited and expire on May 31, 2026, at 08:59 PT, so claim them quickly. Each code can only be used once per account.

CodeRewards
STRANGEVISITORS100 Astrite, 3 Advanced Resonance Potions, 2 Medium Revival Inhalers
BEYONDTHEDOOR100 Astrite, 3 Advanced Energy Cores, 2 Medium Nutrient Blocks
SAYCHEESE100 Astrite, 3 Advanced Enclosure Tank II, 20,000 Shell Credits

To redeem, you need to reach Union Level 2 first, which unlocks the in-game mail system. Open the main menu, go to Settings, then the Other Settings tab, and press Redeem. Enter the code, then collect the rewards from your mailbox. If the rewards do not show up right away, close and relaunch the game.

You will know a code worked when the items land in your in-game mail. A code that has already been used or has expired will return an error and grant nothing.

New characters: Lucy, Rebecca, and Lucilla

Three limited 5-star Resonators headline the patch, plus a rerun. Lucy and Rebecca come from the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners collab, while Lucilla is a standard limited unit tied to the ongoing story.

Lucy leans on a hacking system in combat. She can hack enemies directly, lock down their movement, and deal damage through her ultimate. In the open world she can see foes through obstacles and share those targets with Rebecca, who can then shoot exposed enemies through walls, lay down heavy fire, and deploy a turret. Both characters use a Tune Break mechanic. Lucilla is built for Glacio teams and pairs well with Hiyuki.

Version 3.4 banner schedule

The banner layout breaks from the usual 21-day cycle. Lucy and Rebecca go live the moment the update drops and stay available through the whole version. Lucilla and Cartethyia release later as standard limited banners.

The collab banners work differently from the rest of the game. Instead of the usual gold currency, they use a special collab currency that you earn from events and the shop. Your Astrite still converts at the normal 160-per-pull rate. Importantly, the Lucy and Rebecca banners do not share pity with other limited banners, so they keep a separate pull history. A milestone event rewards extra collab currency for rolling on these banners and can hand out up to two free copies of either Lucy or Rebecca.

The featured weapons follow the same staggered timing.

Night City area, quests, and Adam Smasher

A new area called Somnoire: Night City arrives with 3.4, recreating familiar Cyberpunk settings such as the Cherry Blossom Market, Arasaka Headquarters, and the city streets. The map adds its own hacking minigames, letting you break into terminals, disable cameras, and open locks.

Two story threads continue the main narrative. A new Episodic Quest type, "At Dream's Edge," follows Lucy and Rebecca entering Startorch Academy and meeting Rover. The Chapter 3 Segue, "We Choose the Sky," arrives June 13 and digs into Lucilla's past as the academy's president.

Adam Smasher, the franchise's notorious antagonist, appears as the limited-time boss Nightmare: Adam Smasher, fought through the Night City Roaming event. He also drops as a Reminiscence Echo. New rank-and-file enemies include Nightmare versions of the Armed Corpo, Security Corpo, and Spec Ops Corpo. A new Tactical Hologram, Nameless Explorer, is added as well.

New Sonata Effect and permanent game mode

A fresh Sonata Effect, Shadow of Shattered Dreams, debuts as a unique 1-piece set. Its bonus increases Basic Attack and Heavy Attack damage when you inflict Hack - Shifting on a target, which lines up with Lucy and Rebecca's kits.

Phantasma Dreamland returns as a permanent weekly challenge called Rhapsody. You place Echoes on a grid to generate coupons and meet requirements, earning points that convert into weekly rewards, similar to Fantasies of the Thousand Gateways.

Version 3.4 events and free Rebecca

Several events run during the collab. The most notable hands you a free copy of Rebecca.

Quality-of-life changes in 3.4

The patch adds several system improvements aimed at cutting down on busywork.

  • A new Weekly Activity tab gathers various tasks, with rewards that reset every Monday.
  • An optimized Resonator ascension planner lets you set goals and track required materials.
  • A slider on the skill upgrade page lets you max out a character in one click when you have enough materials.
  • Motorbikes gain an Import Preset feature so you can save and swap multiple skins.

Two new accessories also arrive after launch. Lynae's Unbound Brilliance and Mornye's Corner of the Star Sea each cost 400 Astrites or $3.99.

With the collab convene open for the entire 32-day run and Astrite still converting at the usual rate, the main thing to handle right now is the code window. Claim STRANGEVISITORS, BEYONDTHEDOOR, and SAYCHEESE before they lapse on May 31, then save your pulls for June 8 when Lucy and Rebecca arrive in Night City.
