How to redeem codes in Wuthering Waves
Codes can’t be entered right away on a fresh account. You first need to finish the “Utterance of Marvels: I” quest in Chapter 1, Act 1 and reach Union Level 2, since that’s what unlocks the in-game mail system rewards get delivered through. Most players hit both marks within 30 minutes to an hour of starting the game.
A successful redemption sends the reward items straight to your mailbox rather than your inventory, so you still need to open the mail and claim them manually. If nothing shows up right away, close the game and relaunch it. Mail containing code rewards is deleted automatically after about two weeks, so claim it promptly instead of letting it sit. Each code can only be claimed once per account character, and re-entering a code you’ve already redeemed won’t produce a second set of rewards.
