Yangyang: Xuanling, the 5-star Havoc Sword version of the original Aero Yangyang, arrives in the first phase of Wuthering Waves Version 3.5. Tip: Unlock both of her Inherent Skills first, then level Forte Circuit and Resonance Liberation before her Basic Attack, Resonance Skill, and Intro. That order gets the most damage out of each material early on.
Azure of Heaven signature weapon materials
Her signature sword, Azure of Heaven, leans directly into her Heavy Attack kit. At Level 90 it gives 588 ATK and 24.3% Crit Rate, grants a flat 12% All-Attribute DMG Bonus, and when Havoc Bane is on an enemy it amplifies Heavy Attack DMG by 36% and ignores 12% of the target’s DEF for 8 seconds. Leveling it from 0 to 90 needs the materials below.

Where to farm each material
The Wing Polarizers already exist in the game, so they are the one set you can start stockpiling before the patch. Everything tied to Mengzhou unlocks only after Version 3.5 launches.

Because the boss material, weekly boss drop, local specialty, and enemy drop all require Mengzhou, the most useful prep work before launch is leveling your EXP materials and saving Shell Credits, then knocking out the four Wing Polarizers at Fallen Sanctum. Older-tier materials can also be exchanged upward through the material conversion system if you are short on a higher rarity.

Yangyang: Xuanling debuts on July 10, 2026 in the first phase of Version 3.5, running on her limited Convene banner, Voices on Azure Feathers, through July 31, 2026 (UTC-5). Her Azure of Heaven weapon banner runs alongside it. The moment the patch is live, head into Mengzhou to start collecting Solidarity’s Loneflame, Cloudperch Seed, and the new Autopuppet Kernel drops, and you will know the build is finished when she reaches Level 90 with every Forte node and her sword fully ascended.
