Wuthering Waves Jingran: Leaked Ascension and Skill Materials

Every leaked Ascension and Forte material Jingran needs in version 3.6, plus where each one drops.

Every leaked Ascension and Forte material Jingran needs in version 3.6, plus where each one drops.

Jingran is a 5-star Fusion Broadblade Resonator arriving in Wuthering Waves version 3.6, positioned as an HP-scaling Main DPS built around Heavy Attacks and self-shielding. Before his banner goes live, the full list of materials needed to raise his level cap and upgrade his Forte skills has surfaced, which means you can start stockpiling now.

Quick answer: To fully build Jingran, farm Cloudperch Seed, Solidarity’s Loneflame, all four tiers of Whisperin Core and Carved Crystal, and Skyward Glazed Heart. Ascension needs 60 Cloudperch Seed and 46 Solidarity’s Loneflame; his skills need 26 Skyward Glazed Heart plus stacks of Carved Crystal.

Note: These numbers come from beta data and can change before release. Treat them as a pre-farming target, not a final in-game requirement.

Jingran Ascension materials (Level 0 to 90)

Ascension raises Jingran’s level cap so he can reach Level 90 and hit his maximum stats. These items are spread across an open-world plant, a world boss drop, and enemy-dropped Whisperin Cores.

Jingran skill and Forte materials

Upgrading Jingran’s Forte skills is where the bulk of your investment goes, since Heavy Attacks carry most of his damage. This tier adds Carved Crystal and the weekly boss drop, Skyward Glazed Heart, on top of another round of Whisperin Cores.

Tip: Whisperin Core and Carved Crystal appear in both Ascension and skill upgrades. If you are pre-farming, aim for the combined totals rather than the split tables so you do not run short during a leveling push.

Where to farm each material

Whisperin Core (LF, MF, HF, FF)

Whisperin Core is a common drop from Whisperin-type enemies. You can find these enemies across Jinzhou, including Mt Firmament, and around Black Shores, and you can track Whisperin groups in Mengzhou through the Guidebook’s Echo Hunting menu. Opening forgery material boxes also yields cores. Since higher rarities are rarer, use the Synthesizer to convert lower-tier cores into HF and FF versions.

Carved Crystal (LF, MF, HF, FF)

Carved Crystal drops from Forgery Domains, specifically the Stricken Sanctum Forgery Domain in Lahai-Roi and the Cloudfall Chasm Forgery Domain in Mengzhou. Drops are randomized, so you will usually need to synthesize lower tiers up to the HF and FF rarities the skill upgrades demand.

Skyward Glazed Heart

Skyward Glazed Heart is a weekly boss material used only for Jingran’s skills. Defeat the Thousand-Puppet Pavilion boss in the Court of Shackled Souls to earn it. Rewards are time-gated, so you can only claim from this boss three times per week, and the count resets on the weekly reset.

Solidarity’s Loneflame

Solidarity’s Loneflame drops from the world boss Myriad Snare: Rustfire Chassis, located in the Western Fang Peak area of the Mengzhou map. Fight it regularly to build up the 46 copies Ascension requires.

Cloudperch Seed

Cloudperch Seed grows in the open world of Mengzhou, mainly on elevated terrain. You can also buy it from the shop, capped at 15 per week, which makes it worth collecting during exploration rather than relying on the store alone.

Because most of these materials are time-gated or reliant on random drops, the smart move is to start pre-farming Cloudperch Seed, Solidarity’s Loneflame, and your weekly Skyward Glazed Heart pulls well before Jingran’s version 3.6 banner arrives. Kuro Games has not confirmed a precise release time yet, so treat the quantities above as a planning target and verify the final costs in-game once he is playable.
