Fortnite: How to Unlock The Innovation (Helmet On) Final Style

Clear the 20-quest requirement across Weeks 7 through 11, with the Week 10 tasks broken down.

Clear the 20-quest requirement across Weeks 7 through 11, with the Week 10 tasks broken down.

The Innovation (Helmet On) is the final Battle Pass style for the Vanguard Slone outfit in Fortnite. It sits at the end of a long quest track, so reaching it takes steady weekly progress rather than a single objective. Once claimed, the helmeted look completes the outfit alongside the matching back bling, Vanguard’s Axe pickaxe, and Vanguard Wings glider.

Quick answer: Complete 20 weekly quests total from Weeks 7 through 11. Hitting the 20-quest milestone unlocks The Innovation (Helmet On) style, which you claim from the lobby.

The 20-quest requirement for The Innovation set

The Innovation track counts every weekly quest you finish across Weeks 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11. Progress is pooled, so the quests do not need to come from any single week. The track shows reward milestones at 4, 8, 12, 16, and 20 completed quests, and the final style unlocks at the 20th.

Each week offers five quests worth 12,000 XP each, which means finishing every week in the range gets you to 20 with quests to spare. Because the count carries over, you can skip any tasks you find awkward and make up the difference in another week.

Week 10 quests: The Order’s Hunt

The Week 10 quest line, The Order’s Hunt, is the batch that pushes many players over the 20-quest line. Here are the five tasks and the fastest ways to clear each one.

QuestObjective
1Begin a match with any Legendary or better Sprite equipped
2Reveal players
3Eliminate players at Heatwave Harbor or Sunken Shores
4Swing for 15 seconds with Spider-Man’s Web Shooters without landing on the ground
5Headshot opponents with the Surgical Burst Rifle

Quest 1: Start with a Legendary or better Sprite

Open your locker and equip a Legendary or higher rarity Sprite, such as the Cube Dream Sprite. Any Sprite at Legendary rarity or above satisfies the requirement.
Launch into a Battle Royale match with that Sprite still equipped. The quest ticks as soon as the match begins, so you do not need to do anything further in-game for this one.

Quest 3: Eliminate players at Heatwave Harbor or Sunken Shores

Land directly at Heatwave Harbor or Sunken Shores. Both named locations count, so pick whichever the bus route favors.
Secure eliminations there against players or bots. Staying at the point of interest keeps every knock inside the qualifying area.

Quest 2: Reveal players

Grab a Pulse Scanner during a match and use it to reveal nearby opponents. This is the most direct method when you find one.
Alternatively, equip the Mythic John Wick Sprite and play Squads. Knocking down an enemy automatically reveals their teammates, which counts toward the reveal objective. Sunken Shores works well for this because you can chain eliminations and reveals in one drop.

Quest 4: Swing 15 seconds with Spider-Man’s Web Shooters

Find Spider-Man’s Web Shooters, which can appear at Sunken Shores. Equip them from your inventory.
Swing continuously around a tall structure such as the Sunken Shores water tower for a full 15 seconds. Do not touch the ground during that window, or the timer resets and you have to start again.

Quest 5: Headshot opponents with the Surgical Burst Rifle

Pick up a Surgical Burst Rifle. This weapon is required for the quest, so no other rifle will register progress.
Land headshots on opponents. The easiest targets are the hostile NPC guards at Sinister Strip, which stand still enough to line up clean shots and count as valid hits.

Confirming the unlock

After you hit 20 completed weekly quests, return to the lobby to claim the style. The Innovation (Helmet On) then appears as a selectable style on the Vanguard Slone outfit in your locker, alongside the rest of the set. The quest track will also show the 20/20 milestone reached, which is the clearest sign the final reward is yours.

Note: Weekly quests remain the only route to the 20-quest total, so the priority is simply finishing enough of them before the Weeks 7 to 11 window closes. Spread the work across weeks, and the helmeted Vanguard Slone look comes down to consistency rather than any single hard task.
