Running your retro repair shop in mid-2000s Tokyo fills out most of the achievement list on its own, but a handful of entries only pop if you go out of your way to trigger them. ReStory: Chill Electronics Repairs carries 50 Steam achievements in total, and the conditions range from cleaning your first desk to grinding out a full in-game year.
Quick answer: Play normally to earn the cleaning, review, order, day-count, and money milestones. Then deliberately buy the professional screwdriver, an ultrasonic bath, and a shredder, apply stickers, collect licenses, win assembly competitions, and complete one order that asks you to paint, clean, repair, and hack the same device. Five entries stay hidden until their conditions are met, and one achievement is currently reported as not unlocking as intended.
Early-game and one-time story unlocks
These fire almost automatically as you set up shop and take your first jobs. You should have most of them within your opening days.

Cleaning counts add up across every order, so these tick over on their own the longer you play. The overnight window between midnight and 8 AM is a good time to burn through cleaning-only jobs, since they need no parts.

Three of these require you to spend on specific upgrades. The ultrasonic bath and shredder both sit under the Screwdriver icon on the in-game browser. Open it and scroll to the bottom to find each one, then buy the cheapest model.

Note: One achievement in the current build is reported as not unlocking correctly even when its condition is met, so a 100% run may not be possible until it is patched. Everything else on the list is confirmed obtainable, and the vast majority of it will unlock simply by working through orders, buying licenses, and playing out the branching story to the end.
