PEAK: The Final Ascent adds four Gem Amulets to the climb, each carrying a different Scout effect that can help you and your team survive the run toward Scoutmaster Myers. They drop from special statues scattered through the biomes, and knowing what each one does tells you when to save it and when to use it.
Quick answer: Find a stone Scout statue marked by a blue beam of light in any biome, take the Amulet it holds, and use it for one of four effects: healing (Scout’s Generosity), a double jump with a soft landing (Scout’s Initiative), a short burst of shared infinite stamina (Scout’s Ambition), or 10 seconds of damage immunity (Scout’s Tenacity).
Where to find the Gem Amulets in PEAK
Every biome hides a stone statue of a Scout. You will spot it from a distance because a glowing blue beam of light shines straight up above it. Walk up to the statue and it will be holding one Amulet for you to collect.

The Amulet you get is random, not tied to the biome you are in. That means you cannot farm a specific statue for a specific gem. Approach it, use the pickup prompt, and take whatever it hands you.

There are four Gem Amulets in total. Each one has a distinct effect, and two of them cost you stamina in exchange for their benefit.
| Amulet | Effect | Preview |
|---|---|---|
| Scout’s Generosity | Restores your missing health. This Amulet may currently be bugged. | ![]() |
| Scout’s Initiative | Grants a double jump and lets you float down safely inside a small tornado. Reduces your stamina by about 10%. | ![]() |
| Scout’s Ambition | Gives 7 seconds of infinite stamina to anyone in your radius. Reduces your own stamina by 40%. | ![]() |
| Scout’s Tenacity | Provides 10 seconds of damage immunity. | ![]() |
When to use each Amulet
Because you cannot pick which gem a statue holds, the smart play is knowing the best moment to trigger whatever you are carrying.
Scout’s Tenacity
Save this for a moment that would otherwise kill you. The 10 seconds of damage immunity lets you survive lethal fall damage or tank a few hits during a dangerous stretch. It is the most reliable of the four in an emergency.
Scout’s Ambition
Use this before a big group push. Everyone within your radius gets 7 seconds of infinite stamina, which is ideal for a final climb where the whole team needs to move at once. Keep in mind it drains 40% of your own stamina, so make sure you can afford the cost.
Scout’s Initiative
The double jump and floating tornado descent can save you from a fall that would otherwise be fatal. The double jump itself is not very responsive, so lean on it for the safe landing rather than for precise platforming. It trims about 10% of your stamina.
Scout’s Generosity
When it works, this fills in your missing health and can help patch up allies. Be aware that it may currently be bugged, so do not rely on it as your only healing plan during a tough run.
Since the gems drop at random, treat every statue as a bonus rather than a guaranteed tool, and hold your Amulet until the exact moment its effect makes the difference between falling short and reaching the summit.
