Sukuna’s Mark is a Disaster Grade passive built around the Shrine technique in Jujutsu: Zero. It doubles your Shrine damage, adds an upgraded basic attack, opens a wall-free version of Malevolent Shrine, and lets you trigger World Ending Slash. Getting it takes three separate parts and a trip to a single exchange NPC.
Quick answer: Reach level 1,250, collect all three Sukuna’s Mark parts (one from Infinite Crates, one from Cursed Remnant, and one from the King of Curses on the highest difficulty), then pick “Exchange for Sukuna’s Mark” at the Passive Ability Exchange NPC to combine them.

Requirements before you start
You must be at least level 1,250 to accept the exchange quest. The Passive Ability Exchange NPC will refuse the trade below that level with the message “You must be level 1,250 to accept this quest!” so hit that milestone first.
Because the passive is designed around Shrine, it is worth deciding whether Shrine is your main technique before farming. The 100% damage boost and its extra moves only pay off when you are actively using Shrine, so it adds little value to unrelated kits like 10 Shadows or Awaken Star Rage.

Add to Google Preferences →The three Sukuna’s Mark parts and where they drop
Each part comes from a different activity, so unlocking the passive means clearing three unrelated tasks. All three drops are random, so expect to repeat each source until the part appears.
| Part | Where it drops |
|---|---|
| Part 1 | Random drop from opening Infinite Crates |
| Part 2 | Random drop from defeating Cursed Remnant |
| Part 3 | Random drop from defeating the King of Curses on the highest difficulty |
The King of Curses fight on the top difficulty is the hardest of the three, so bring a properly geared character before attempting it. Keep farming each source in turn until you hold all three parts at once.

Combine the parts at the Passive Ability Exchange

How to confirm it worked
The trade only goes through once you are level 1,250 and carrying all three parts. If the exchange is blocked, the usual reasons are being under the level requirement or missing one of the parts. Once accepted, equip Sukuna’s Mark and check your Shrine kit for the changes below.
What Sukuna’s Mark does once equipped
With the passive on, every Shrine attack deals 100% more damage. Your standard basic attacks are replaced by an upgraded punch that you can use while Shrine skills are on cooldown, and Shrine gains an open domain variant with no physical walls.
Your moves also apply a special status effect that deals tick damage every second. Each tick fills half a charge, and 8 ticks (4 full charges) fill the bar. When the bar is full, World Ending Slash becomes available automatically, and it does not take up one of your regular Shrine skill slots.
Note: Sukuna’s Mark disables your normal ailment effects. Even with something like Water Prison equipped, that ailment will not activate while the passive is on. Because of this, build into raw offensive stats rather than ailment-focused ones to get the most out of it.
That trade-off is the whole point of the passive. You give up standard ailment functionality in exchange for doubled Shrine damage, a stronger basic attack, an open Shrine domain, and access to World Ending Slash, all of which reward a Shrine-first build.
