Odette is a 5-star Cryo Sword user who plays as an off-field Sub-DPS and Stellar reaction enabler. Her passive upgrades any teammate’s Superconduct into Stellar-Conduct and any Cryo Swirl into Stellar Swirl, then buffs both reactions for the whole party. That single trait decides how you build around her: keep her Solo Dance Double active off-field, feed the team a second element, and let a stronger carry hold the reaction damage.
Quick answer: Pair Odette with at least one Electro unit (for Stellar-Conduct) or one Anemo unit (for Stellar Swirl), then fill the last two slots with a Stellar DPS carry and a support that shreds resistance or buffs ATK. She works with both element types at once, so mixed lineups are fine.
What Odette needs from a team
Odette only asks for one thing before her kit turns on. Superconduct needs Cryo plus Electro, and Cryo Swirl needs Cryo plus Anemo. Odette supplies the Cryo herself through her Elemental Skill, so you just add the other half. Bring an Electro unit and every Superconduct becomes Stellar-Conduct. Bring an Anemo unit and every Cryo Swirl becomes Stellar Swirl. Run both elements and she triggers both reactions in the same rotation.
Her recast Skill, Adagio: Coda at Dawn’s Tolling, deals AoE Cryo damage that counts as Stellar-Conduct or Stellar Swirl depending on the active reaction. Her passive Dance of Aurore also converts every 100 ATK above 1,000 into extra Stellar reaction damage, which is why ATK and CRIT matter more than Elemental Mastery on her. Because there is no Stellar Resonance locking her element pool, you have full freedom in the two open slots.

Sandrone Stellar-Conduct team
Sandrone is one of the strongest Stellar-Conduct DPS in the game, and she wants Electro and Cryo teammates so she can trigger the reaction as often as possible. Yae Miko spreads Electro across the field from off-field, Odette supplies the Cryo, and the reaction fires while all three units buff it. Odette also enables Stellar Swirl at the same time, which is where Sucrose earns her slot.
Sucrose lowers enemy Cryo and Electro resistance and raises the team’s Elemental Mastery, which lifts every hit and every Stellar reaction. If you want a purer Stellar-Conduct build, swap Sucrose for Qiqi to double down on Cryo application and healing. The Sandrone slot is flexible too. Mizuki, Wanderer, Cyno, Cryo Traveler, and Wriothesley can all drive similar results.
Note: Cyno and Wriothesley can deal Stellar-Conduct damage but cannot enable the reaction on their own, so Odette is close to mandatory if you want to run those carries in this archetype.
Nefer and Columbina mixed-reaction team
Because nothing restricts Odette’s element pool, you can push into wilder pairings. Odette and Yae Miko handle the Stellar-Conduct core, dealing heavy damage on every trigger. Odette can also freeze enemies alongside Columbina without breaking anything, since the game still treats frozen targets as carrying the Cryo aura, so Stellar-Conduct keeps firing.
Columbina, meanwhile, drives Lunar Bloom and Lunar-Charged with Nefer and Yae Miko, buffing both Lunar reactions and granting two extra effects. Lunar-Charged gives Thundercloud lightning strikes a chance to increase, and Lunar Bloom generates Moonridge Dews. The result is a lineup running several reaction themes at once.
Varka Stellar Swirl team
For a lineup that focuses entirely on Stellar Swirl, pair Odette with Hexerei units Varka and Prune, plus Qiqi. Odette, Prune, and Qiqi apply their elements to enemies while buffing the Swirl reaction. Varka is the engine here because he applies both Cryo and Anemo with each attack, letting him trigger Stellar Swirl continuously while he holds the field.
If you prefer an on-field Swirl carry, Yumemizuki Mizuki can deal direct Stellar Swirl damage after her kit adjustments and doubles as the team healer. She cannot enable the reaction herself, so Odette remains the piece that turns her damage on.
Free-to-play Odette team
You can run Odette on a budget with Cryo Traveler, Fischl, and Prune. Fischl and Prune are off-field appliers that keep their elements on enemies with almost no field time. Cryo Traveler works best as the main carry because their Elemental Skill launches continuous Cryo attacks that ride alongside Traveler’s Normal and Charged hits.
Fischl adds a similar coordinated Electro attack, so the Traveler’s swings end up applying both Cryo and Electro and triggering Stellar-Conduct. Prune contributes during her Elemental Burst window to layer Stellar Swirl on top. It is a cheap way to see both reactions running without pulling premium units.
Supports worth flexing in
A handful of characters slot cleanly into either reaction type. Since every current Stellar-Conduct DPS scales with ATK, buffers that raise ATK carry extra weight, and shielders that keep a fragile carry alive can free up your rotation. Cryo sustain units matter because they hold healing while feeding more Cryo for the reaction.

Physical carries like Eula and Razor also benefit, because Stellar-Conduct lowers enemy Physical resistance by 40%. Eula in particular appreciates the five Cryo particles Odette produces, and pairing her with Qiqi adds six more for energy.

Odette supplies steady off-field Cryo, upgrades your reactions, and hands the whole party a Stellar damage buff, so your job is to give her a second element and a carry that actually wants to sit in the reaction. Build her with ATK, CRIT, and just enough Energy Recharge to keep her Burst on cadence, and she raises the ceiling of any Stellar team you drop her into.
