Snezhnaya arrived with Genshin Impact 7.0, and with it came three farmable domains spread across the frozen region. Inverted Glacier (artifact domain)
This is the earliest of the three to open, and you can reach it not long after starting the 7.0 Archon Quest. It sits in the Everfrozen Earth region.
Relics of the Fallen Grace (talent domain)
The talent materials domain is located up on Fellfrost Peak. Reaching it requires playing through the first half of the 7.0 Archon Quest, since the peak itself gates access.
Scars of Cursed Obsession (weapon domain)
The weapon materials domain is the last to become reachable. It shares the Everfrozen Earth region with the artifact domain, but the surrounding map and its waypoints stay locked until you have cleared a significant chunk of the 7.0 Archon Quest.
How to confirm each domain is unlocked
When you interact with a domain entrance for the first time, it registers on your map as a usable teleport point and pays out five Primogems. Once that happens, you can enter and farm it on its scheduled days. If a domain does not appear or you cannot reach its waypoint, you have not progressed far enough in the 7.0 Archon Quest yet. Keep advancing the story until the surrounding area of Snezhnaya opens up.
