The Ulquiorra fighting style is a Mythical melee spec in Lineage Piece, unlocked from the Ulquiorra NPC on Hueco Mundo Island. Getting the base style is only half the job. Full power comes from a five-quest mastery line that ends with an Extreme raid, so plan for a stretch of boss farming before it is finished.

Note: For the damage quest, you can summon the boss on a lower difficulty and grind out the 35 million with your Ulquiorra moves. Only damage dealt while the style is equipped counts toward the total.
Complete the Inner Hueco Mundo raid
After all five quests are done, the Ulquiorra NPC shows the final mastery cost. These three items come from the Inner Hueco Mundo raid on Extreme difficulty, so you need to clear that raid before you can finish.

How to confirm the style is mastered
Mastery is done when the NPC accepts the three raid items and the full moveset becomes usable. On a training dummy, you will see every ability slot from Z through F showing as Ready, including the V and F moves that the base style does not have. If a quest tracker still shows a number like 0/5 or the mastery Buy option is greyed out, one of the earlier quests is incomplete and needs finishing first.
With the mastery secured, Ulquiorra runs its complete Z, X, C, V, and F kit, giving you the high-AOE Mythical melee spec in full. From here you can equip the matching Ulquiorra Outfit for a stat bonus and take the style straight back into boss and raid farming.
