NTE: How to Get All Zankou Skins in Version 1.3

Two of Zankou's outfits are free, while the others need 200 pulls or 1680 Riftcrystals.

Zankou, the Scarlet Letter swordswoman who headlines version 1.3 of Neverness to Everness, arrives with four alternate outfits on top of her default look, Fleeting Moment. Two cost nothing beyond playing the game, one is buried in the gacha’s pull counter, and one sits in the store at a discount that only lasts as long as the patch.

Quick answer: Pulling Zankou unlocks Red Nightshade instantly, Bond Level 10 grants Moonlit Courtyard, 200 pulls on her banner awards Autumn Vignette as a milestone reward, and Twilight Noir costs 1680 Riftcrystals in the Mall’s Fashion section while version 1.3 is live.

Twilight Noir: 1680 Riftcrystals only while 1.3 runs

This is the one purchase with a clock attached. Twilight Noir is an all-black look built around a leather mini-dress, a beret, gloves, and patterned stockings, and it is the only Zankou outfit sold directly for premium currency. The 1680 Riftcrystal tag is a launch discount tied to version 1.3. Once the patch ends, the outfit stays available but the price rises to 2480 Riftcrystals.

Open the Mall from the in-game menu and switch to the Fashion tab. Every character outfit sold for Riftcrystals or Fons lives here.
Find Twilight Noir under Zankou’s entry and confirm the purchase. Check the listed price before buying, since it tells you whether the discounted rate is still active.

After the transaction goes through, the outfit stops showing a lock icon on Zankou’s Outfit screen and becomes selectable like any other skin.

Autumn Vignette: a gacha drop with a 200-pull safety net

Autumn Vignette swaps the sword-and-robe silhouette for a red off-shoulder knit sweater, high-waisted shorts, sheer stockings, and a beret. It drops from Zankou’s banner, so a lucky early pull can hand it over quickly. If luck does not cooperate, the outfit is also a milestone reward at 200 total pulls on that banner, which makes it the guaranteed floor rather than a pure coin flip.

The two free Zankou skins

Red Nightshade comes with the character

Red Nightshade is the white-and-crimson version of Zankou’s outfit worn during the main story, and it requires nothing beyond adding her to your roster. The moment she is pulled from the gacha, the outfit is added to her wardrobe. There is no quest, no shop entry, and no separate claim step.

Moonlit Courtyard needs Bond Level 10

The airy light blue and white loungewear set is locked behind maxing your relationship with Zankou. Bond experience comes from her hangout events and from gifting her items she likes, with favorite gifts giving noticeably more progress than generic ones. Her special hangout unlocks along the way at Bond Level 8, and clearing it pushes you toward the final level.

Note: Bond outfits are handed over automatically at Bond Level 10. If the skin is not showing up, the bond gauge has not actually crossed the threshold yet.

How to equip a Zankou outfit

Tap the character icon in the top right of the screen. On keyboard and mouse, press the C key instead.
Pick Zankou from the character list. You can also switch between characters from inside the Outfit screen itself.
Press the Outfit button in the corner of her status screen to open her wardrobe.
Select the skin you want and hit Equip Outfit. The change takes effect immediately, and the new look carries into combat, cutscene animations, and dorm interactions.

Searing Lavender, Zankou’s summer outfit

Zankou is also getting a summer outfit called Searing Lavender, a black two-piece swimsuit with purple floral accents shown off during the 1.3 livestream. It is slated to be sold through the Mall alongside the other seasonal sets. No official release date or price has been confirmed for it yet.

If you are planning around a budget, the split is straightforward. Pulling her at all covers Red Nightshade, playing through her bond content covers Moonlit Courtyard, and the only decision that carries a real deadline is Twilight Noir, since waiting past version 1.3 adds 800 Riftcrystals to the bill.
