Every key, code, and evidence pickup needed to close Case #0012 and name the right culprit.

The Bakery map in Detective Duck runs on a tight chain of locked doors. Case #: 0012 — The Bakery Heist opens with a shuttered shop, a missing bag of vanilla flour, and a set of keys tossed down a manhole. Seven pieces of evidence sit between you and the interrogation room, and almost none of them are reachable until you pull the right item out of the right container first.

Quick answer: Accuse Arthur (The Postal Worker). Confirm it first by entering delivery code 365 on the storage room panel, which changes the readout from “DELIVERED BY: NO ONE” to “DELIVERED BY: Arthur”.

The Bakery case file and what you are solving

The case summary describes a bakery robbed early in the morning of its valuable vanilla flour powder. The thief locked the doors behind them, dumped the keys into a nearby manhole, and drove off in a van. That van detail matters later, because only one suspect on the board drives one for a living.

Every step below unlocks the next one, so the order is not flexible. Skipping ahead just leaves you holding a tool with nothing to use it on.

Street evidence: Tire marks, fingerprint, and the Grandpa NPC

Head to the road beside the police car and click the tire marks. This registers your first evidence entry and adds The Marks to the board.

Equip the magnifying glass and inspect the brown door next to the bakery. A fingerprint appears there; collect it, then take it back to the police car and select Analyze. That unlocks Elias (Room 5 Resident) as Suspect #4.
Talk to the Grandpa sitting on the bench. He hands over a Golden Coin and mentions seeing the thief throw a key out of the van window, into a manhole.

Phone booth number 12375 and the Manhole Keys

Find the poster reading “NEED CITY ASSISTANCE? CALL 12375!” That five-digit number is what you dial, and it does not change between runs.
Drop the Golden Coin into the phone booth to enable it, then type 12375 into the input field and press DIAL. The operator confirms manhole keys are on the way.
Wait for Tommy, the delivery driver, to arrive and drop a package. Opening it gives you the Manhole Keys and adds Tommy’s data to the suspect board.
Use the Manhole Keys on the sewer grate near the police car. The Bakery Keys are inside, exactly where the Grandpa said they would be.

Inside the bakery: Donut trade for the Garage Key

Unlock the bakery door with the Bakery Keys and step inside. The vanilla powder on the floor is evidence — click it to log it.
Take a donut from the pastry display case behind the counter, then carry it outside to Greg, the angry customer. He calms down and hands you his Garage Key.

Open the garage with that key and grab the Lockpick sitting on the table inside. It has exactly one target.

Storage room lockpick minigame and the flour evidence

Return inside the bakery and use the Lockpick on the storage room door. The minigame asks you to hit the GOOD zone, and you have to clear it three separate times before the door opens.

Pick up the Bag of Vanilla Flour from the storage room floor. This is the core piece tying the crime to the stolen goods.
Inspect the yellow poster on the storage room wall to unlock Beatrice (Rival Baker). Her note about the upcoming competition is a deliberate red herring — she wants the flour, but wanting it is not evidence.
Use the magnifying glass on the freezer to pull a second fingerprint, then analyze it at the police car to add Sam (Baker’s Co-Worker) to the board.

Collect the Expandable Ladder, also in the storage room. That is everything the room holds.

Ladder route to Room 4 and the UV light code

Place the Expandable Ladder outside the bakery, beneath the upper-level window, and climb through into the room above.
Search that upper room for two keys. The Building Entrance Key sits on the dresser, and the Room Four Key is hidden under the pillow on the bed.
Go up to the apartment building, open the main door with the Building Entrance Key, then unlock Room 4 with the Room Four Key.

Read the letter on the bed, then shine the UV light on it. The hidden text reveals the delivery code 365. The letter itself is written to make Marcus, the Room 4 resident, look guilty — it references robbing the bakery and bringing a can of fuel from a friend, which lines up neatly with Elias keeping a jerrycan of fuel in Room 5.

Note: That planted letter is the trap. Marcus and Elias both look convincing on paper, but neither of them is the answer.

Delivery code 365: Confirming Arthur as the culprit

Go back to the bakery storage room and find the delivery panel. It states that the code is usually three digits long and asks you to check who delivered the package. Before entry, it reads “DELIVERED BY: NO ONE”.

Enter 365. The readout flips to “DELIVERED BY: Arthur”, a confirmation message appears saying you found the correct delivery code, and Arthur (The Postal Worker) is added to the suspect board as Suspect #7.

RolePostal worker (delivery)

The van is the contradiction that closes the case. The case file says the culprit fled in a van, and Arthur is the suspect whose job puts him behind the wheel of one and inside the bakery on a routine basis.

Ending the investigation and making the accusation

Once the delivery panel names Arthur, a prompt appears telling you the investigation can be ended. Equip the phone, select END INVESTIGATION, and confirm on the dialog that warns you will be moved to the interrogation room. You can return to investigating from there if you want to double-check something first.

In the interrogation room, pick Arthur (The Postal Worker) from the suspect list and select ACCUSE. In co-op, the accusation goes to a vote, and the screen confirms the most-voted suspect before the verdict resolves.

You know it worked when the game responds with “Well done, Detective. You caught the right suspect.” A wrong pick ends the case as a failed accusation, so verify the delivery panel result before submitting — the submission itself cannot be taken back.

The two fingerprints and the yellow poster do not count toward the seven evidence entries — they only fill in suspect profiles for Elias, Sam, and Beatrice. If you want the case closed as quickly as possible on a repeat run, the minimum path is the coin, the phone call, the manhole, the donut trade, the lockpick, the ladder, and the code on the delivery panel.
