Find the Animals: How to Get All 100 Animals in Roblox

Zone-by-zone locations, keypad codes, and the tools that open every gated animal in Find the Animals.

Zone-by-zone locations, keypad codes, and the tools that open every gated animal in Find the Animals.

Find the Animals splits its full 100-animal roster across five zones — Spawn, Desert, Jungle, Arctic, and Beach — and each zone keeps its own counter. Most of the roster is plain exploration, but a handful of animals sit behind keys, keypad codes, a shovel, TNT, and a grappling hook. Pick up those unlock items early and the rest of the run is mostly climbing and looking under things.

Quick answer: Clear Spawn’s 25 animals first (grab the Yellow Key from the wooden tower and use the Grappling Hook for the cloud platforms), then run Desert’s 15 with the Shovel and TNT from the pyramid and research station, using code 173 at Spawn and 5164 in the pyramid for the two keypad doors.

How zone counters and animal rarity work

Progress is tracked per zone, not as one global number. The on-screen readout shows the zone name and your count inside it, such as Spawn (1/25) or Desert (8/15). Spawn holds 25 animals and Desert holds 15, so you can confirm a zone is finished without guessing.

Every successful pickup is confirmed the same way. A “YOU FOUND” banner appears with the animal’s name and its rarity tier — Common, Uncommon, Rare, or Legendary — and the zone counter ticks up by one. If the banner does not appear, you did not touch the animal, and nothing was registered.

Tools and keys to collect before hunting

Four items block animals you cannot otherwise reach. Grabbing them in order saves a lot of backtracking, since two of them are in Spawn and two are inside the Desert pyramid area.

ItemWhere to get it and what it opens
Yellow KeyClimb the wooden tower in Spawn and press the button. Unlocks the locked house door, which holds the Pug.
Grappling HookUsed in Spawn to reach the cloud platforms in the sky, where the Puppy, Swan, and Sheep sit.
ShovelTaken from a pedestal inside the pyramid. Lets you dig the marked red square in the sand for the Snake.
TNTSitting on a shelf inside the research station. Blows open the wall marked with a red X inside the pyramid for the Scarab.

Once the Grappling Hook is equipped, the cloud section runs as one loop. Hook up to the platforms, take the Puppy, drop into the Greek-style temple for the Swan, then hop the nearby cloud platform for the Sheep before returning to ground level.

Keypad codes and gated animals

Two doors use a keypad, and both codes are fixed. Walk up to the pad, open the Input Code panel, type the number, and the door opens immediately.

Three more animals are gated by something other than a code. The Giraffe sits in the barn behind a gate that only opens after you join the group and like the game. The Red Ant is inside a red chest that takes 670 clicks to open, so budget time for it. The Scarab stays sealed until the red X wall is destroyed with TNT.

Spawn zone animal locations (25 animals)

Spawn is the largest single block of animals and covers the farm, the barn, the cliffs, and the sky platforms above them. Clear the ground-level farm first, then the barn interior, then take the Grappling Hook route upward.

Desert zone animal locations (15 animals)

The Desert is reached by teleport and is built around the pyramid, the research station, and the saloon strip. Take the Shovel and TNT out of the pyramid and research station before you start sweeping the sand, because two animals depend on them.

AnimalLocation
Dodo BirdOn a floating platform near the pyramid.

MeerkatInside a hole on top of the pyramid.
SnakeDig the red square in the sand with the Shovel.
HyenaInside a wooden crate near a cactus.

CamelInside a fenced pen.

CapybaraBehind the pyramid keypad door, code 5164.
LizardIn the jail cell in the Sheriff’s office.

Jungle zone animal locations

The Jungle teleport drops you near the mushroom field, with the cave system on the far side. The cave holds two of the harder pickups, so bring patience for the dark corners.

AnimalLocation
PeacockOn a giant blue mushroom.
BeaverNear the logs on the ground.
ButterflyInside the wooden treehouse.
LionOn a grassy ledge.
GeckoOn top of the pink tent structure.
Red DragonInside the cave.
SpiderIn a dark corner of the cave.

Tip: finish the cave in one pass. Dropping in for the Red Dragon and leaving without sweeping the corners for the Spider means climbing back down later.

Why an animal will not register

Failures here are almost always a missing unlock rather than a missed jump. If a door will not open, you are trying the locked house without the Yellow Key, or standing at a keypad without entering the code. If the red X wall in the pyramid is intact, the TNT was never picked up from the research station shelf. If the sand will not dig, the Shovel is still on its pedestal.

The barn gate in front of the Giraffe behaves the same way. It stays closed until both requirements are met — joining the group and liking the game — and no amount of jumping around it will register the animal. Once each condition is satisfied, touching the animal produces the “YOU FOUND” banner and the zone counter moves up, which is the only confirmation that matters before you teleport to the next zone.
