RF Online Next Albern Warzone: 900-Player PvP Rules and Schedule

Entry level, seat limits, capture-point buffs, and the rest of the September update for RF Online Next.

Entry level, seat limits, capture-point buffs, and the rest of the September update for RF Online Next.

Albern Warzone is the September addition to RF Online Next, and it is the game’s largest scheduled fight yet: three matched servers, 300 mercenaries each, 900 players in one occupation battle. It sits in the Outer Planet content track alongside the Albern Crater hunting grounds, and it mixes territory capture with the usual open-field PvP scramble.

Quick answer: Bring a level 68 or higher character to Albern Warzone, which runs every Wednesday at 19:00 for 20 minutes. Each server gets 300 seats — the top 100 ranked players enter automatically, and the other 200 are first come, first served.

Albern Warzone entry requirements and how the 900 slots fill up

The level gate is hard: characters below 68 cannot enter, no exceptions. Past that, getting a seat is a ranking problem rather than a gear problem. Every participating server contributes 300 players, and the first 100 of those are reserved for that server’s top-ranked mercenaries, who get free entry without competing for a slot.

The remaining 200 slots per server open to everyone else on a first-come basis. If you are not inside the top 100, treat entry as a race — queue as soon as the window opens rather than finishing a hunt first.

Capture points A, B, and C, plus the Nether Pulverizer

The battlefield is laid out as a hexagonal grid with three lettered objectives — A, B, and C. Holding them is the whole point of the mode, since occupation drives both the match result and the buffs your side carries for the rest of the fight. A mini-boss, the Nether Pulverizer, sits on the stage as an additional target that pulls crowds away from the capture points at the wrong moment.

The top bar of the warzone HUD tracks the match timer, your contribution, and which control points are currently held. With only 20 minutes on the clock, a point that flips twice in the final stretch can decide the whole round.

Occupation buffs

Holding zones applies stacking combat bonuses to the occupying side. These are what turn an early lead into a snowball, because a defended point makes the defenders measurably harder to kill.

Where to find Albern Warzone and what it pays out

Albern Warzone is accessed through the Outer Planet menu, the same place that handles Albern Crater matchmaking. Selecting it brings up the occupation map, the contribution tabs, and the main reward list, so you can check what is on offer before committing to a slot.

The mode is deliberately wired into PvE progression rather than sitting off to the side. Territory won during the occupation battle determines farming access afterwards, so a losing week costs you more than a rank placement — it costs field time in the better hunting zones.

The rest of the September update: Secret Nemesis Base 6F, Asia2 matchmaking, returning packages

The same September 2 maintenance added a sixth floor to Secret Nemesis Base, extending the dungeon past its previous ceiling. Each floor climbs the level requirement sharply, and 6F continues that pattern with higher-grade rewards to match the difficulty. The exact entry level for the new floor has not been published.

2F60 or higher
3F68 or higher

Matchmaking also changed. The Asia2 Region now groups its servers together into a shared pool, which matters directly for cross-server modes like Albern Warzone — a bigger pool means faster and fuller matches.

Twelve limited-time packages are back for players who missed them the first time. The sale window closes on 9/29 (Tue) at 17:59 UTC-5, which is 9/30 (Wed) at 01:59 UTC+3.

What follows Albern Warzone on the second-half 2026 roadmap

Albern Warzone is one entry on a roadmap that runs from July through December, and the pattern is clear enough: each month widens the scale of organized PvP. October is the big one for guilds, since Albern Fortress puts a single defending guild against nine attackers.

The Ushas Warzone is the follow-up occupation war and works differently from Albern in a few specific ways. It opens at level 80, supports up to four servers in one match, compresses the occupation phase to 15 minutes, and runs on a two-week rotation with Albern Warzone, with entry opening at 19:20 on Wednesdays. Its hunting ground phase lasts two and a half hours and adds the bosses Airavata and Ravana, with Tier 6 Epic gear and crafting materials among the rewards.

For now, the practical takeaway is narrow. Get a character to 68, watch your server ranking if you want a guaranteed seat, and be at the Outer Planet menu before 19:00 on Wednesday — because the 200 open slots on your server will not last long once the window opens.
