Find the OSC [390]: How to Get All 166 New OSC in Roblox

Every realm, trade chain, keypad code, and shout input needed to register all 166 characters.

The 166-character roster in Find the OSC [390] is spread across five connected areas, and most of the entries are gated behind a small number of key items rather than raw exploration. Once you know which tool unlocks which door, the hunt becomes a dependency chain instead of a guessing game.

Quick answer: Get the School ID first — pick up the Win Token at the City bus stop and hand it to Ball on the Subway couch — then clear City and Subway, ride the train to Yoyleland, and finish with the Beach, Yoyle Mountain, and the Volcano town. Characters tied to codes are unlocked by typing the exact string into the Shout menu.

How the 166 characters are split across realms

The Yoyleland update, released on Tuesday, August 11, added more than 100 characters along with a new lowest rarity tier called Freebie, which replaced Easy. Yoyleland runs on a separate server, so you reach it by boarding the Subway train and talking to Ruby inside the car rather than by walking there. Everything else is reachable from the Teleport menu.

None of the characters cost Robux. The in-game shop prices are paid in characters you have already collected, which means your buying power grows as your count climbs.

Unlock the School ID before anything else

The School ID is the single item that opens up the largest block of characters. It gets you past the Subway turnstiles into the Thrift Store and the train platform, which in turn unlocks the shop, the train car, and the ride to Yoyleland.

Teleport to City and walk down the stairs toward the Subway entrance. Slipper sits on the steps on the way down.

Head to the bus stop shelter in City and pick up the Win Token lying on the ground. Waiting at the stop is also how the bus arrives, so use the time to grab Whiteberry beside the shelter and Nori on the roof.

Board the bus when it pulls in. Robot is near the front, Elderberry is in the seats, and Baby Coiny sits above the luggage rack — you need Baby Coiny later for a Thrift Store purchase.
Teleport to Subway, walk into the station waiting area, and pick up Ball from the couch. Hand the Win Token to Ball and it returns the School ID.
Use the School ID at the turnstiles. Magazine is on the Thrift Store counter, Grey Guy is behind the wall counter, and Clown Horn sits on the waiting benches in the train area.

City and Subway characters worth doing in one pass

Once you are past the gates, the Subway is dense enough that it pays to clear it fully before leaving. Goo is along the narrow ledge beside the train tracks behind the wall, Jej is through the door bars inside the train car, and Ruby is tucked into the red seat corner. Interacting with a passenger seat gives you Subway Seat.

A few characters hide behind scenery instead of doors. Picpic is found by climbing and jumping behind the paintings on the station wall, Stairy Larry is behind the wall above the staircase, and Electric Box is down the maintenance shaft below it.

Three interactive props round out the area. Clicking the small green button high on the lobby ceiling makes Smoke Detector appear on the couch. Rotating all four clover plants in the lobby corners so they face the center of the room spawns Clover. Clicking the blue stickman on the exit sign sends you to a blue chamber for Blue Kill, and clicking a green fence line in City drops you into a green room holding Geode and, after a platforming run, Malachite.

Electric Chair is the longest chain here. Grab the Wrench from underneath the train tracks, return to Electric Box for a Simon Says memory sequence, press the hidden seat button, and finish the neon blue obstacle course. Keep the Wrench afterwards — it repairs the wall box in the Volcano town for Boombox.

Every code, keypad, and Shout input

Type these exactly as written. Shout inputs are entered in the Shout menu; keypad inputs are entered on the machine described.

A Gun On A Table needs the code plus a tool. Buy a Chainsaw from Yellow Face’s stand for 25 characters, cut open the Mafia store door in City, punch in the keypad code, take the SPAS 12, and glue it to the table back in the Subway station.

Trades, purchases, and item combinations

These characters never spawn on the map. They only appear after you hand over or combine something.

Note: Banana (OLD) has to be collected before the trade. Step on the banana peel in the train area to slip, then bring the Cane back.

Counted collections that need a full set

Several characters unlock only when a counter fills. Partial progress does nothing, and these are the easiest ones to leave unfinished by accident.

Yoyleland, the factory, and the dark realm

Yoylecity holds the bulk of the new roster, and the Flashlight is its version of the School ID. It is found by clipping into a hidden dark area near the subway stairs, and without it you cannot see Stone in the dark room or make progress toward the factory sequence.

Work the surface first — Felt Container behind a tree, Lemon at the lemonade stand, Book and Bookcasey inside the library, and the park cluster of Lewis, Roundabouty, Tiny USB, Toasty, and Poop. Casey is behind the safe in the library, and clicking the letter B on the library sign teleports you to B.

The factory chain runs from the red door, which the key opens for Lock, up through Atom on the metal rafters, Dusty on the upper catwalk, and Match behind the counter. The upper secret rooms hold Balloon (OLD), Crayon, Sideways Cup, Liam, and Lighter, and the hedge maze obby finishes with Gamey.

Beach, pirate ship, mountain, and volcano

The Beach is mostly straightforward pickups — Beach Ball, Lifering on the lifeguard chair, Umbrella, Radio on a sunbed, Fish underwater, Orange Surfboard, Fanny on a boat, Diving Board, Palmy, Bucket at the sandcastle, and Conch Shell and Sandcastle inside the sandcastle obby. Swim out to the pirate ship for Anchor, Eyepatch, Skull Mini, Baby in the crow’s nest, Barrel, Marble, and Cup of Joe.

Word Salad has a fixed order. Click the colored beach umbrellas red, green, orange, blue, yellow, matching Baby’s colors, then climb the tree to the pirate ship.

Yoyle Mountain gives Snowboard on the peak, Snowman, and Cyan Ice Cube on a hidden cliff ledge. Aurora Borealis requires setting the playlist to Nighttime and completing the starry path, and finishing the mountain obby produces Volcano. Inside the Volcano realm, cross the lava stepping stones for Mailbox and Envelope, walk the transparent air path for Heater, and sweep the town for Chad Pill, Boxing Glove, Soap, Blue Spongy, Sticky, Paper Airplane, Yoyleberry, Shopping Cart, Bag, Long Marker, and Shampoo.

The late-game unlocks: Star Jar, Airy, and Abstracty

Star Jar is the gate into the endgame. Read the library books, set the time to Nighttime, shout the phrase, change pg to fate, and clear the deep space neon obby. The second space obby drops you onto a coordinate grid at x=7, y=-25, which is where the Christmas Mug badge ID gets typed in.

Airy requires the magazine from the Thrift Store and Blue Shiny Coiny to reveal the clue. That produces a personal code to shout, followed by a four-part riddle and the five reeds inside Airy’s World. Abstracty closes the run — take the note from Stone’s World, follow it to Airy’s World, enter the computer code, memorize the number and color sequences in the dark void to open the door, and survive the boss fight.

How to confirm a character registered

Every successful pickup shows a “YOU FOUND:” banner with the character’s name, and the corresponding badge is awarded to your Roblox account. If the banner appears but your count does not move, you already had that character.

When something refuses to trigger, the cause is usually one of a small set of things. Codes must be typed exactly, including capitalization for the cipher strings. Counted collections award nothing until the final item. Yoyleland runs on its own server, so you must ride the train rather than teleport. And trade characters will not appear if you are missing the item being handed over — Baby Coiny for Taylor, the Cane for Banana (5SOS), the Wrench for Boombox.

A handful of names sit outside this list, including Pen, Fishy, Tiery, Chesty, Recovery Cube, Weathery, Spellbook, Cherry, Telephone, and Based. The experience is still being patched regularly, so if a code or a spawn behaves differently than described, check whether the map has changed around it before assuming the input is wrong.
