That means a free office, a 4X money multiplier on Special Vehicle Work, faster Special Cargo staff sourcing, and a Weekly Challenge that pays out a flat GTA$1,000,000. The rotation runs from September 3 through September 9, 2026, then hands the spotlight to Bikers, Gunrunners and Nightclub Owners over the following three weeks.
Quick answer: Open your in-game phone or a laptop, go to the Dynasty 8 Executive website, and buy the Arcadius Business Center. It is listed at FREE until the reset on September 10, and owning it lets you register as a CEO.
How to claim the free Arcadius Business Center office
You will know it worked when the office appears as a property blip on the map and the Dynasty 8 Executive listing switches to a sell option. From there, open the Interaction Menu and register as a CEO to start Special Cargo, Vehicle Cargo, and the Export Mixed Goods missions the rest of this week’s bonuses are built around.
GTA$ and RP multipliers for September 3–9
Special Vehicle Work is the standout at 4X, and it is one of the easier repeatable earners in the game once you own a Vehicle Warehouse. Staff Sourcing for Special Cargo is not a cash multiplier but a speed one, which matters if you are chasing the Weekly Challenge.

Weekly Challenge: GTA$1,000,000 in Special Cargo sales
The challenge asks you to earn GTA$1,000,000 from selling Special Cargo. Complete it and you get the Yeti x LS Customs Tracksuit plus a GTA$1,000,000 reward. Progress is tracked in the Interaction Menu, and the doubled staff sourcing speed makes filling a warehouse considerably less tedious than usual.
There is a longer play here too. Finish at least one Weekly Challenge during the Business Rivalries run, then log in between September 24 and September 30 to collect a free Penaud La Coureuse with its Hao’s Special Works upgrade already applied.
Two free cars: Impaler SZ podium and Woodlander prize ride
The Lucky Wheel in the lobby of the Diamond Casino & Resort is spinning for the Declasse Impaler SZ. You get one free spin every 24 real-world hours, with a 1-in-20 chance of landing the vehicle segment. GTA+ members get a second daily spin.
If the wheel does not cooperate, the Impaler SZ carries a list price of $1,280,000 on Southern San Andreas Super Autos, and it is not discounted this week.
The LS Car Meet Prize Ride is the Karin Woodlander, and there is no luck involved. Place in the top two in an LS Car Meet Series race, then claim the SUV through the Prize Ride option in the Interaction Menu while sitting in it. Do it before the Thursday reset or the car rotates out.
Vehicle discounts: Cyclone II at 70% off
Seventeen vehicles are on sale. The Coil Cyclone II, an HSW-tier super, takes the deepest cut at 70 percent off, dropping from $2,250,000 to $675,000. Everything else sits at a flat 30 percent.

Premium Deluxe Motorsport has the Coil Cyclone, Dewbauchee Vagner, Grotti Cheetah, Karin 190z and Överflöd Entity XF on the floor, which lines up neatly with the discount list. Luxury Autos is showing the Benefactor LRC GT at $2,650,000 and the Pfister X-treme at $2,885,000.
The Premium Test Ride rotation covers the Lampadati Novak, Ocelot Jugular and Vapid Dominator GTX, all three of which are 30 percent off right now. The HSW Test Ride is the Declasse Vigero ZX Convertible at $2,295,000, and it only appears on the Enhanced version of the game.
Gun Van, Salvage Yard and time trials
The Gun Van’s featured deal is the Precision Rifle at half price, down to $225,000. The rest of its stock carries the standard 10 percent cut, with steeper reductions for GTA+ members.
