Update 1, called Magic and Mayhem, adds four Exotic classes to Dungeon Lootr, and none of them come from the standard class gacha. Spell Breaker and Cryomancer are bought outright with a raid currency, Coyote comes from a paid bundle, and Dark Professor only falls from the hardest version of the new raid. That makes two of the four reachable by grinding alone, provided you hit the level gate first.
Quick answer: Reach level 85, clear “The First Test” raid on Normal to bank Mage Coins, then buy Cryomancer or Spellbreaker from the Raid Shop for 6,000 Mage Coins each.
All four new classes and how to obtain them
Every class in the update is Exotic rarity, but the archetypes split three ways toward magic and one toward physical damage. The obtainment routes matter more than the rarity tag here, because two of them are pure currency purchases and one is locked behind a low drop chance.
| Class | Archetype | How to obtain |
|---|---|---|
| Spell Breaker | Exotic Physical | Raid Shop purchase, 6,000 Mage Coins |
| Cryomancer | Exotic Magic | Raid Shop purchase, 6,000 Mage Coins |
| Coyote | Exotic Magic | Coyote Bundle |
| Dark Professor | Exotic Magic | Rare drop from The First Test on Impossible |
Level gates: City of Mages and The First Test
The level cap moved up with this update, and the new City of Mages dungeon covers levels 80 to 100. It stays locked in the dungeon menu until you meet its level requirement, and it is the natural place to close the gap if you are sitting in the 70s.
The raid itself has two separate gates. Normal and Extreme both require level 85, while Impossible requires level 100. That distinction is the whole progression story of the update, since Dark Professor only drops on Impossible, so you cannot shortcut to it from the level you need for the Raid Shop grind.

Clearing the raid pays out Mage Coins, which is the only currency the Raid Shop accepts. Nothing else in the update converts into it, so raid runs are the sole path to the two purchasable classes.
Raid Shop prices in Mage Coins
The shop mixes class unlocks, class weapons, a cosmetic aura, and chests. Classes sit at the top of the price list at 6,000 each, while the weapons that pair with them run 5,000. If you want a class and its matching weapon, budget 11,000 Mage Coins.
| Item | Cost |
|---|---|
| Spellbreaker (class) | 6,000 |
| Cryomancer (class) | 6,000 |
| Pyromancer (class) | 6,000 |
| Ice Queen Aura | 6,000 |
| Moria Blade | 5,000 |
| Magia Revenda | 5,000 |
| Frost Wisteria Wand | 5,000 |
| Aspect Gem | 500 |
| Celestial Chest | 100 |
| Impossible Event Chest | 100 |
| Normal Event Chest | 15 |
Note: the Aspect Gem at 500 Mage Coins is the cheapest meaningful power purchase in the shop. Aspects add stat buffs and perks on top of a class, so it is worth grabbing before you commit six thousand coins to a second class.
Cryomancer skills and playstyle
Cryomancer is a ranged ice caster built around area damage rather than single-target burst. Its four skills are Frostbite Blast, Permafrost Hurt, Frozen Sigils, and Glacier Crash, and the kit wants you holding distance while spells land on groups. The matching weapon is the Frost Wisteria Wand.

In current class rankings it lands a tier below the very best Exotics, alongside the other magic-archetype picks. That is a comfortable place to be for a class you can simply buy, but it is not going to outpace the top-end damage dealers on a boss.
Spell Breaker skills and the parry payoff
Spell Breaker is the standout of the four and the one worth spending your first 6,000 coins on. It carries 500 HP with 49 ATK, +13 STR, +13 DEX, and +20 VIT, which is a bruiser stat line rather than a glass cannon one. Its skills are Piercing Rush, Tempest Splinter, Thousand Cuts, and Sword Dominion.
The kit leans on dashes, parries, and dodge frames instead of raw multipliers. Thousand Cuts triples its damage off a successful parry, and Tempest Splinter can leave enemies taking 15 percent more damage while carrying a 35 percent chance to reset Piercing Rush. That means the class rewards timing, and it underperforms badly if you never land parries.

Test it in the training area before committing coins to its weapon. The Moria Blade is the physical-side purchase that pairs with the class, and it is another 5,000 on top of the unlock.
Coyote and Dark Professor
Coyote is the paid option, sold through the Coyote Bundle rather than earned. It runs 320 HP and 60 ATK with +20 INT, and its kit — Savage Waltz, Wolf Pack, and Feeding Frenzy — combines homing projectiles with dodge and parry coverage. Feeding Frenzy also buffs basic attack damage by 10 percent after its barrage, which keeps damage flowing between cooldowns.
Dark Professor is the hardest to obtain by a wide margin. It is a rare drop from The First Test on Impossible difficulty, which means level 100 and repeated clears of the toughest raid tier. If you are chasing it, expect the grind to be measured in runs rather than hours.
Update 1 codes for spins and coins
Several codes are live alongside the update and pay out spins, coins, and temporary buffs, including a weekend buff that doubles XP and drop rates. Redeem them from the codes menu in game.

Confirming the unlock worked
A successful Raid Shop purchase deducts the Mage Coins immediately and puts the class item in your inventory. Check for the class weapons there as your confirmation, since the Frost Wisteria Wand and Moria Blade show up as inventory entries once acquired. The class then becomes selectable and can be taken straight into the training area to test its four skills.
If a purchase does not go through, the cause is almost always one of two things. Either the Mage Coin total is short of the 6,000 needed, or you have not cleared the raid at the required level to earn coins in the first place.
Colorless Uniform: 1,500 Magia Trophies
The Colorless Uniform cosmetic is handled separately from the Raid Shop. You trade 1,500 Magia Trophies to the Spellbreaker NPC to receive it, and Magia Trophies are a different currency from Mage Coins, so spending your raid earnings on classes does not set the cosmetic back.
For most players the practical order is straightforward. Push to level 85 through City of Mages, farm Normal raid clears until you have 6,000 Mage Coins, and take Spell Breaker first for its 500 HP cushion and parry scaling. Cryomancer is the second purchase if you prefer to fight at range, and Dark Professor stays a long-term target until you are level 100 and comfortable on Impossible.
