Scarlet Witch is one of the weakest damage dealers in Marvel Rivals, sitting alongside Squirrel Girl, Iron Man, and Mister Fantastic near the bottom of most tier lists. Season 10 rebuilds a large part of her kit around a single new idea, Chaos Marks, and ties her damage, her survivability, and her ultimate to how well she spreads and follows up on those marks.
Quick answer: Apply Chaos Marks with Dark Seal or the new Scarlet Hex ability, then use your primary fire to hit every marked enemy at once and convert part of that damage into Bonus Health.

How the Chaos Mark mechanic works
Chaos Marks are the center of the rework. Instead of fighting one target at a time, Scarlet Witch now stamps a mark on enemies and then punishes everyone carrying it. Two abilities apply the mark. Dark Seal, her chaotic bubble, now tags enemies inside it, and the brand-new Scarlet Hex marks everyone it hits.
The mark also feeds a new passive. When Scarlet Witch deals damage to an enemy that carries a Chaos Mark, 25% of that damage is converted into Bonus Health. That turns her from a fragile 250-health Duelist into something noticeably harder to kill, as long as she keeps hitting marked targets during a fight.
Note: The payoff is sequenced. You need to land Dark Seal or Scarlet Hex first, then attack the marked enemies to get both the extra damage spread and the healing. Marking nothing means you play close to her old, weaker version.

Add to Google Preferences →Scarlet Hex, the new shockwave ability
Scarlet Hex is an entirely new ability. When cast, Scarlet Witch sends out a magic shockwave in a rectangular area in front of her, 20 meters long and 8 meters wide. Every enemy caught inside takes 40 damage and receives a Chaos Mark.
The wide, straight shape makes it a setup tool. It is most useful in crowded fights, around objectives, or in choke points where several enemies are grouped together, because a single cast can mark the whole cluster before she opens up with her primary fire.

Chaos Control primary fire hits every marked enemy
The largest change is to her primary fire. Chaos Control previously locked onto a single nearby target. In Season 10 it locks onto every enemy carrying a Chaos Mark at the same time, so her sustained beam damage spreads across the whole marked group instead of pouring into one health bar.
That multi-target damage is also what triggers her Bonus Health passive. The more enemies you mark before firing, the more damage you deal and the more health you gain back, which rewards marking two or three targets with Scarlet Hex or Dark Seal before committing.
Reality Erasure now damages during the wind-up
Reality Erasure, her ultimate, is still a long charge that ends in a single massive explosion. The problem has always been that the whole threat sits at the very end, so enemies could simply leave or interrupt her before the detonation. Season 10 addresses this by making the ultimate deal damage continuously while it winds up.
Enemies who stay in range during the charge now take pressure throughout, not just when the bomb goes off. It keeps the trademark vaporizing blast at the end while spreading some damage across the entire cast, which makes it harder to safely ignore.

Season 10 Scarlet Witch changes at a reference
| Element | What changes in Season 10 |
|---|---|
| Chaos Mark passive | Damage to marked enemies converts 25% of that damage into Bonus Health. |
| Dark Seal | Now applies a Chaos Mark to enemies it catches. |
| Scarlet Hex (new) | Frontal shockwave, 20m long and 8m wide, dealing 40 damage and applying a Chaos Mark. |
| Chaos Control (primary fire) | Locks onto all Chaos Marked enemies at once instead of a single target. |
| Reality Erasure (ultimate) | Deals continuous damage during the wind-up before the final explosion. |
Put together, the rework gives Scarlet Witch a clear gameplay loop she never had before. Mark a group with Scarlet Hex or Dark Seal, hold Chaos Control on the marked enemies to spread damage and heal, and use Reality Erasure knowing it now threatens anyone who lingers. Her exact strength will come down to the final Season 10 balance numbers, but the goal is plain, moving her out of the bottom tier and into a more useful team-fight role.
