Borderlands 4: How to Find the Logistics and Shipping Manager

The full route through Vinechoked Canopy, the crane cargo bridge, and the Manager’s Hand boss trigger.

The “Find Logistics and Shipping Manager” objective appears during the mission Digi-Gauntlet: M3_Final_v5, which starts at a console on Providence Island. The waypoint points you toward the control tower, but the direct path is blocked twice over, first by a sealed gate and then by an elevator that Reyes shuts down before you can reach it.

Quick answer: Travel to Vinechoked Canopy, grapple over the locked gate, enter Tediore Receiving & Transit A, then climb outside and shoot the red target on the crane to drop its cargo. Cross that cargo to the upper facility, ride the shaft elevator to the control tower, and you will find the manager dead at his console.

Where the Logistics and Shipping Manager is located

The manager sits inside the control tower that overlooks the Tediore shipping facility in Vinechoked Canopy, a region of Providence Island. The objective marker will always point at the tower itself, not at the path you need to take, so the distance readout on your HUD can shrink while you are still walking into a dead end.

The objective tracker for Digi-Gauntlet: M3_Final_v5 lists “Find Logistics and Shipping Manager” as you approach the marked console.

Enemies patrol most of the canopy route, including Searing Frame and Gamma BladeFrame units. None of them need to die for the objective to advance, so you can run the path if you are under-leveled or low on ammo.

Route through Vinechoked Canopy to the control tower

Accept Digi-Gauntlet: M3_Final_v5 at the Providence Island console and open the map to confirm the waypoint sits in Vinechoked Canopy. Follow the orange diamond marker out into the canopy area.
Push through the canopy until the path stops at a locked gate. The gate never opens for this objective. Look at the wall beside it, find a grapple point above the barrier, and use your grapple hook to pull yourself over the top.
Continue to the building marked Tediore Receiving & Transit A and head for the elevator inside. Calling it does nothing, because Reyes disables the lift as you approach, and the objective switches to finding another way to the tower.

Climb the interior structure and exit onto the outdoor platforms. Work your way toward the loading crane that hangs over the gap between the two halves of the facility.
Line up the red target on the crane and shoot it. The cargo container drops across the gap and forms the bridge you need. Any weapon works, but a scoped gun makes the shot easier from the platform.

The “Drop down the crane cargo” objective tracks on the HUD while you line up the red target on the crane.
Walk across the fallen cargo to reach the upper facility. The tracker still reads “Find another way to the tower” at this point, and the distance counter drops quickly as you cross.

Find the elevator shaft on the far side and ride it up. The objective becomes “Go to control tower,” and the lift delivers you directly to the tower level.

Manager’s Hand and the Logistics Manager Reyes fight

Step into the control room and you will find the manager already dead at his console. The objective completes on sight, then updates to ask for the Manager’s Hand, which is the access token the mission needs.

Taking the hand immediately starts a multi-phase boss fight against the digitized Logistics Manager Reyes. Clear your ammo situation and pick up any nearby loot before you interact with the body, because the room seals into an arena the moment the prompt is used.

Once the Manager’s Hand is in your inventory and Reyes spawns, the search portion of the mission is finished for good. If you replay Digi-Gauntlet: M3_Final_v5 later, the gate, the dead elevator, and the crane cargo all reset, so the same grapple-and-shoot sequence applies every time.
