Roblox Innovation Awards 2026: All Free Items and Their Effects

A full breakdown of the RIA26 accessories, their Silver and Golden versions, and the six voting hub UGC rewards.

The Roblox Innovation Awards 2026 handed out free avatar items in two separate waves this year, and they worked nothing alike. One batch came from the voting hub back in late July and early August. The other batch is the ceremony lineup tied to the show itself at The Block, which ran on September 12 during RDC.

Quick answer: The six voting hub UGC rewards stopped being claimable when voting closed on August 11, 2026, at 8:00 PM PST. The RIA26 ceremony accessories — Crown of Rivals, Dueling Defenses, Terminal Torch, and Duck Duck Duo, each with a Silver and a Golden version — are marked on their Marketplace pages as awarded during RIA26. Open Inventory on your Roblox profile and filter to Accessories to confirm exactly which ones landed on your account.

RIA26 ceremony items: Crowns, weapons, torches, and ducks

Four accessories make up the ceremony lineup, and each one exists in three tiers: a standard version, a Silver version, and a Golden version. The Golden and Silver Rivals Domino Crown listings spell it out directly in their descriptions, stating the item is awarded during RIA26.

ItemSlotWhat it does on your avatar
Crown of RivalsHatA domino crown rendered as a blue wireframe
Dueling DefensesWaistA sword and a scythe mounted at the hip
Terminal TorchBackEmits light and particles; the glow only really reads in darkness
Duck Duck DuoHeadA crystal duck pair that glows, with a crown on the top tier

The Crown of Rivals comes from Sonar Studios, while the Golden Rivals Domino Crown is credited to EvilArtist. The standard crown is the blue wireframe take on the classic domino crown shape, and the Silver and Golden Rivals Domino Crown swap that wireframe for solid metallic finishes.

Dueling Defenses sits on the waist rather than in your hands, so both the sword and the scythe stay strapped to the avatar. The Silver and Golden versions change the metal on both weapon pieces.

The Terminal Torch is the one item where the tier actually changes how the effect looks in motion. It throws off light and particles at all three tiers, but the difference between blue, silver, and gold is far easier to spot at night than it is at midday.

Duck Duck Duo is the head accessory of the set, built as a crystal pair of ducks. The base version glows blue, the middle tier is silver, and the top tier adds a crown.

The six voting hub UGC rewards and what unlocked them

The voting hub lived inside The Block, built by Music on Roblox and opened on July 29, 2026. Every reward fired the moment its badge unlocked, and the item dropped straight into your inventory with no separate claim screen.

The hub itself was a neon concert-style lobby. Voting happened at a rotating cube platform reached through a portal just past the large Roblox icon, with arrows to step through each of the 19 categories. Portals on either side of the lobby dropped you into nominated experiences. The seven cubes were scattered along the obby routes at the edges of the map, and the hidden obby branched off that same network of platforms.

Note: the 2026 hub dropped last year’s dedicated photo booth. The Aura of Re-Animation used the standard capture button on the right side of the screen instead.

How to check which RIA26 items you already own

Open your Roblox profile and go to Inventory. Anything earned from the voting hub or the ceremony is permanent once it is on your account, so it will still be listed even though the claim windows have closed.
Filter to Accessories and look for the item names exactly as listed above. The tier is part of the name, so a Silver or Golden version reads as a separate entry from the standard one.
Cross-check your badge list if an item seems missing. Each hub reward was tied to a specific badge, and the badge is the record that the objective actually registered. No badge means the objective never completed before voting ended.

Once voting shut, The Block stopped handing out new hub items and ballots could no longer be cast. The experience stayed online as the venue for the show, complete with its dance floor, stage, and an RSVP prompt for the RIA 2026 livestream listed under its Events tab.

If you missed the August window, there is no workaround. The hub accessories are locked to that period and cannot be earned retroactively. The ceremony tier system is the more interesting part of the 2026 set anyway, since it is the first time the free lineup leaned this heavily on glow and particle effects rather than flat cosmetics — the Terminal Torch in particular is closer to an emitter than an accessory.
