Skin Tickets are the only currency in RIVALS that lets a free-to-play account unlock weapon cosmetics without touching Robux. They are deliberately scarce, they never expire, and every single thing they buy costs the same amount, so the real question is where to farm them and when to spend them.
Quick answer: Level the free Season Pass to the end for 10 Skin Tickets, then grab one more from your first UGC Shop purchase and one from Day 7 of the login rewards.
What Skin Tickets buy in RIVALS
The price is flat. A Common skin, a Legendary skin and a full Skin Case all cost 10 Skin Tickets, so rarity never changes the maths. That single rule is what makes tickets worth hoarding until something you actually use shows up in the rotation.
| Purchase | Ticket cost | Restriction |
|---|---|---|
| Skin Case, Skin Case 2, Skin Case 3 | 10 | None |
| Event cases (Spooky, Summer, Festive) | 10 | Only while the event runs |
| Daily Shop skin | 10 | Natural daily rotation only |
| Skin from a Key-refreshed shop | Not available | Robux only until the next daily reset |
That last row catches people out. Refreshing the Daily Shop with Keys replaces the five skins on offer, but the new selection loses the ticket payment option entirely. Wait for the natural daily rotation if you plan to pay with tickets.

Add to Google Preferences →Season Pass: The main free source of Skin Tickets
The Season Pass carries more tickets than everything else in the game combined. The free track alone hands out 10 Skin Tickets across its tiers, which is exactly one free case or one free Daily Shop skin per season if you finish it.

How Season Pass levels work
Each level needs one of two things: 25 round wins in duels or 20 minutes of play time. The time-based route counts whether you win or lose, so simply staying in matches is the low-effort way to tick levels over.

There is a hard ceiling on grinding. The pass caps at 7 levels per week, and once you hit it, progress stops until the 7-day window resets. Finishing a pass therefore means logging in across the whole season rather than burning a weekend on it.

What the Prime track adds
The paid Prime track mirrors the free one with another 10 Skin Tickets, for 20 in total from a fully completed pass. It also stacks the tiers with Prime Goodie Bags, which roll random contents and can include extra tickets. Those drops are pure RNG, so a Prime pass does not guarantee a fixed number beyond the 10 fixed tier rewards.
Other free ways to earn Skin Tickets
Outside the pass, the drip is small but worth collecting. Each of these is independent of your season progress.
- First UGC Shop purchase: buying any UGC item from the shop in the lobby’s Market area pays out 1 Skin Ticket, once per account.
- Day 7 login reward: claim the daily rewards in the Daily section of the Shop seven days running and Day 7 gives 1 Skin Ticket.
- Prize Wheel: tickets sit in the prize pool as a possible spin result.
- Prime Goodie Bags: random contents with a chance at tickets, tied to the paid pass track.
The UGC reward is the cheapest quick win here, since any inexpensive t-shirt for your avatar satisfies the condition. It only fires on your very first UGC purchase, though, so later buys pay nothing.
Match wins and promo codes are not reliable ticket sources. Winning 1v1 or 5v5 games pays Keys, and codes almost always do the same. Seasonal events such as Halloween, Summer and Christmas hand out free event chests and skin cases directly rather than tickets.
How to spend Skin Tickets in the Shop

How to confirm the purchase worked
Your ticket counter drops by 10 the moment a purchase goes through, and the item lands in your inventory. For a case, that means an unopened case ready to open; for a Daily Shop skin, the skin itself, equippable from the Weapons menu once the matching weapon is unlocked. If the ticket payment button is missing from a Daily Shop skin, the shop was refreshed with Keys and you will need to wait for the next natural rotation.

Because tickets carry over between seasons and never expire, there is no penalty for sitting on a partial balance. Banking the Season Pass payout and the two one-off rewards across a couple of seasons is the most dependable way for a free account to build a skin collection.
