Roblox High School [Legacy]: How to Get the Chuck’s Savior Badge

The Hunt: Roblox 20 quest runs from Chuck's class list to a metal detector dig for three buried relics.

The Hunt: Roblox 20 quest runs from Chuck’s class list to a metal detector dig for three buried relics.

Chuck’s Savior is the badge tied to the 2016 stop on The Hunt: Roblox 20, and it lives inside Roblox High School [Legacy]. A time-traveling student named Chuck lands in the dirt outside the school with unfinished graduation credits, and the entire quest is you running his errands until the school clears him to graduate. There is no combat and no timer — just a fixed chain of tasks that ends in a cutscene.

Quick answer: Talk to Chuck outside the school, collect his class list from Brian at the front desk, bring him the Senior Chemistry textbook, pass his math exam, dig up three relics, then submit the coursework and watch the graduation.

Chuck’s Savior badge details

You receive the badge only once the story concludes; its wording makes the requirement clear: Chuck’s future is secured when you help him complete every class.

The badge has a 100 percent win rate, which is another way of saying nobody who starts the chain gets locked out of it. Every step is repeatable until you get it right.

What to bring before starting the quest

Most of the run is travel time. The relic section in particular sends you across town, into a wooded area, and out to the beach, so movement speed decides whether this takes 15 minutes or 40.

  • A skateboard, vehicle, or Speed Coil for the relic hunt.
  • Basic arithmetic — the math exam covers addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, order of operations, and word problems.
  • Nothing else. No level, cash, or item requirements gate the quest.

Resetting your character respawns you near the school, which is much faster than walking back from the beach after the last relic.

Starting the quest and getting Chuck’s class list

Join the game and click the Roblox 20 prompt in the top right corner of the screen. A Start R20 Quest popup appears with a Teleport button that drops you into the event area outside the school.

Walk from the parking lot to the dirt patch near the picnic benches, where a crowd usually gathers around Chuck (R20 Event). Click through his dialogue — he explains that he time-traveled forward from 2016 and never finished his high school credits.

Head through the main entrance and into the main office, then talk to Brian at the front desk. Pick the dialogue option about an old student who needs help, and he confirms Chuck is still enrolled and hands over the remaining graduation requirements.
Head outdoors, find Chuck, and hand him the list. He then requests the Senior Chemistry textbook located in the school library, launching the science requirement.

Completing Chuck’s three class requirements

Science: The Senior Chemistry textbook

Use the school’s interior stairs, then follow the corridor beyond the Music and History classrooms and enter the Library room. It is on the second floor rather than the ground floor, which accounts for most of the wasted time.

Speak to Bridgette, the librarian, and ask about the book. She points you to its shelf — the Senior Chemistry textbook sits on the central bookcase in the middle of the room. Click it to pick it up, then take it back to Chuck outside.

Check your inventory before leaving the library. If the textbook did not register, talk to Bridgette again and grab it directly off the shelf or the front counter rather than walking back and forth.

Math: Chuck’s final exam

After the textbook hand-off, Chuck asks you to sit his math exam. An interface opens with ten questions you type answers into, mixing straight arithmetic (14+16, 6×4, 58−37, 56÷8) with multi-step equations and short story problems.

You do not need a perfect score. A result of 70 percent is enough to pass and move the quest forward, though nothing stops you from acing it.

History: Three buried relics

The final class is the long one. Chuck hands you a metal detector and asks for three buried relics from Roblox history. The detector shows a distance readout plus a hot-and-cold temperature prompt, so you steer by watching both numbers rather than following a map marker.

The detector picks the relics in whatever order you happen to approach them, so the sequence you dig them up in does not matter. Each one is buried — walk until the distance reading bottoms out, then dig on the spot to collect it.

Submitting the coursework and triggering graduation

Return to Chuck at the picnic benches with all three relics and hand them over through dialogue. He gives you his completed school paperwork.

Run back into the main office and turn the coursework in to Brian at the front desk. He confirms Chuck has cleared every graduation requirement.
Go back outside and tell Chuck the news. That triggers the graduation cutscene on the sports field, with Chuck on a podium and fireworks.

Confirming the badge and claiming the Time Travel Schoolpack

You know it worked when two things appear at the end of the cutscene: a congratulations popup confirming the Roblox High School quest is complete, and the standard Roblox badge notification for Chuck’s Savior. If you want a second check, the badge shows up on your profile and on its Roblox badge page once granted.

The badge alone is not the end of the chain. Teleport back to The Hunt: Roblox 20 hub, walk to the Roblox High School portal station, and claim the Time Travel Schoolpack there. Every era in the event works the same way — finish the quest in the game, then return to the hub to collect the UGC item and unlock the next stop.
