Slayers 2: Every Slayer and Demon Boss Spawn Location

Where each world boss stands, what it drops, and the fast-travel order that keeps the route short.

Where each world boss stands, what it drops, and the fast-travel order that keeps the route short.

World bosses in Slayers 2 are scattered across every major region, from the paths around Bamboo Grove to the snowfields of Iceveil Valley. Each one guards a set of themed cosmetics, weapons, and ultimate moves, and most of them sit far enough apart that a blind search wastes more time than the fight itself.

Quick answer: Nearly every main boss has 3,000 HP and shows as a map marker. Begin at Obari near Bamboo Grove, then work outward through Mistfall Harbor, Final Selection Plains, and Iceveil Valley.

How boss markers, HP, and respawns work

Open the world map and you will see Bamboo Grove sitting roughly in the center, with boss, shrine, and NPC markers spread out around it. Those markers are the fastest way to confirm you are in the right place before you commit to a long ride on horseback.

Main bosses share the same baseline of 3,000 HP, and that pool scales with the number of players in the fight. Mini-bosses sit well below that line, so a health bar is a reliable way to tell the two apart the moment the fight starts.

Activate shrines as you pass them. Frost Veil Shrine in Iceveil Valley and the Mistfall Harbor Shrine cut out the two longest rides in the whole circuit.

Bamboo Grove boss locations

The cluster around Bamboo Grove is the densest part of the map and the natural place to start a farming loop. Four fights sit within a short ride of each other, and the terrain is forgiving compared to the snow and cave routes later on.

BossWhere it spawnsKey drops
Obari (Serpent)Wilderness gates near Bamboo GroveSerpent Katana, Serpent Haori, Serpent Mask, Serpent Straw Hat
Giyen (Water Hashira)By the bridge, along the forest dirt pathWater Katana, Water Haori, Water Top and Bottom
Sabito (mini-boss)Near the river, 800 HPGhost Haori, Ghost Woodland Outfit, Scarred Warding Mask
Zentaro (Thunder King)Cliffside hut near Hidden Mist VillageThunder Katana, Thunder Haori, Thunder Top and Bottom

Obari is the standard first stop. Ride out through the Wilderness gates and he is standing in the open, which makes him easy to check on repeat runs. Giyen is deeper along the dirt path that cuts through the forest, close to the bridge. Zentaro requires a glide down the cliffside rather than a climb, and he waits beside a hut on the lower ledge.

Sabito is the odd one out. At 800 HP he dies far faster than the Hashira-tier fights, but his Scarred Warding Mask sits at a 2% drop rate, so expect a long grind if that is what you are after.

Night-only spawns near the grove

Three bosses only appear after dark, and all of them sit in or beside Bamboo Grove. If a marker is missing during the day, this is usually why.

  • Sumari (Temari) — near the Bamboo Grove gates; drops cosmetics, a necklace, and an ultimate move.
  • Yahari (Arrow) — close to the wooden bridge in the grove, a short dash from Sumari.
  • Reaper — across Bamboo Grove; drops an ultimate move and a high-DPS outfit.

Mistfall Harbor, caves, and the Wilderness

The middle band of the map covers the cave system near the waterfalls, the open ground at Mistfall Harbor, and the volcanic stretch of the Wilderness. These fights are spread wider than the grove cluster, so the harbor shrine is worth unlocking before you start looping them.

Rengu (Flame Hashira)Volcanic ground in the Wilderness, past a cliff climbFlame Katana
Enru (Enmu)Lower pit inside Dreamfall HollowDream-themed rewards

Daki and Gyutai share a route. Ride into the cave near the waterfalls and both fights are available without leaving the tunnel system, which makes this one of the better back-to-back stops on the map.

Saneri sits past the gates on the far side of that cave route, out in open grass in the Wilderness. He hands out a Wind ultimate alongside the weapon and uniform set.

Rengu takes the longest approach of the group. Ride out from Mistfall Harbor, scale the cliff, and he is standing on the volcanic ground beyond it. His Flame Katana can later be upgraded into the Volcanic Katana through dungeon content.

Enru is easy to walk past. Head out from Mistfall Harbor into the Dreamfall Hollow cave and drop into the lower pit, because he does not spawn on the main cave floor.

Gyorei on the mountain path to Mist Village

Gyorei, the Stone boss, is reached by following the winding mountain path that climbs toward Mist Village. It is a single long uphill run with no shortcuts, so it usually makes sense to fold him into a trip that already takes you into the mountains rather than riding out for him alone.

Final Selection Plains boss locations

Head south over the lengthy red bridge toward Final Selection Plains to find two distinct battles in one area. Nezura is exposed in the open with lit torches surrounding her, and defeating her yields the Bamboo Muzzle, Nezura’s Outfit, and the Pyrokinesis ultimate.

Fujiko the Bladed Wagasa is hidden instead. She spawns inside a concealed cave in the same plains and drops the Bladed Wagasa, Fujiko’s Outfit, and an Ice Chest. Both sit at the standard 3,000 HP.

Iceveil Valley and the Windy Peak hidden route

The snow region carries an extra requirement. Freezing damage ticks while you are out in the valley, so equip the Emberheart Lantern before you start clearing bosses there. Fast travelling to Frost Veil Shrine drops you in with most of the route already behind you.

Domae is the simplest to find of the four. Cross the red bridge in the snowy village and he is on the other side.

The Yeti is not a standing spawn. You need a Frozen Heart to summon it at the cave along the valley route, so there is no point making the trip without one in your inventory.

Akaza is tucked behind a hidden wall near Windy Peak, reached along the Wilderness pathway beyond the Bamboo Grove gates. Pass through the wall and he spawns in the clearing on the other side.

Boss NPCs that also act as Breathing trainers

Several boss names double as Breathing trainers, and the trainer version stands somewhere different from the boss spawn. If you are hunting a style rather than a drop, you are looking for a separate spot on the map.

  • Rengu (Flame) — on top of the house by the red bridge from Mistfall Village.
  • Shinora (Insect) — on the roof of the main building at Butterfly Mansion.
  • Obari (Serpent) — on the cliff above the starting area.
  • Tengai (Sound) — in the snowy Iceveil Valley, behind a Wall Climb requirement.

Breathing training opens at level 25, and most trainers also want materials such as Demon Horns or Wen before they will teach you.

Confirming you found the right boss

You know the spawn is live when the named health bar appears on screen at 3,000/3,000, or 800/800 for Sabito. If the marker is on your map but nothing is standing there, the spawn is either on a night cycle, sitting below you in a pit or cave, or waiting behind a summoning item.

For a full clear, the shortest order runs Obari first, then the rest of the Bamboo Grove cluster, out to the cave and harbor fights, south to Final Selection Plains, and finally into Iceveil Valley by shrine. Prioritise the clustered spawns, because the time you save on travel beats any single drop table.
