Turbo has five appearances in Aniimo, and the Plateau Form is the only one that swaps its second element to Ice. It is locked behind a progression milestone rather than weather or a rare spawn window, so once that box is ticked it becomes a reliable catch in a single meadow.

Quick answer: Earn the Wayfarer I title, then travel to Driftwise Meadow in Breezy Plains. Catch a Plateau Form Turbo in the wild there, or evolve a Plateau Form Nimbi at Lv. 21 on the same map.

Requirements before Turbo (Plateau Form) will appear

Plateau Form spawns are gated by your account progress, not by rain, fog, or time of day. Line these up first.

  • The Wayfarer I title, which is what makes the Plateau appearance show up at all.
  • Access to Driftwise Meadow in the Breezy Plains region.
  • A Gust Stone, plus a Plateau Form Nimbi at Lv. 21, if you plan to evolve rather than catch.
  • Enough combat power to beat an Alpha Turbo, which the evolution also asks for.

Where Driftwise Meadow is in Breezy Plains

Driftwise Meadow is the single habitat listed for this form, and it sits inside Breezy Plains. Open the map, select the Aniimo entry for Turbo, and the habitat marker drops you on the correct stretch of cloud-covered ground at coordinate [50, 55].

The meadow is open terrain broken up by drifting cloud banks, and Turbo floats among them rather than sticking to the grass. The spawns run through the day and night cycle, so there is no waiting for a specific hour, though Turbo sleeps at night and can be approached while it rests.

Catching a wild Plateau Form Turbo

Ride out to the habitat marker and sweep the meadow on your mount. A Plateau Form Turbo reads as a fluffy blue sheep with frost-encased horns, which separates it instantly from the plain white basic form.

Soften it before you throw. Breaking it and hitting it from behind each multiply the capture odds by 1.5, and the base catch chance sits at 19%, so an unprepared throw will usually fail.
Throw once the multipliers are active and repeat on fresh spawns if it escapes. Nothing about a failed attempt removes the form from the map, so the meadow can be farmed as long as you keep finding new Turbos.

A Sparkling variant rolls at roughly 1 in 20,000, so treat it as a bonus rather than something to hunt for.

Evolving a Plateau Form Nimbi instead

Turbo (Plateau Form) is the evolved stage of Nimbi (Plateau Form) and ends that line. The evolution keeps the form, so a Plateau Nimbi can only ever become a Plateau Turbo.

Level your Plateau Form Nimbi to Lv. 21. Nothing below that threshold will trigger the evolution prompt, whatever else you have prepared.
Defeat an Alpha Turbo. Alphas are the oversized versions of the species, reaching 2.59 m and 147.58 kg, and clearing one is a listed condition for every Turbo evolution.
Bring one Gust Stone and stand inside Driftwise Meadow when you trigger the evolution. The location requirement is what separates this branch from the basic and Cloudmist evolutions, which do not care where you are.

How to confirm you got the right form

Open the Aniimo party menu and summon it. The correct form is Wind/Ice with a Support role, and its Aniilog line reads that its fur wraps around the cold and its bad mood, with frost encasing the horns. If the entry shows Wind only, you are looking at the basic form.

Reporting the catch at an outpost pays out 100 Credits, and releasing one returns two Growth Flowers. Twining into it grants Cloudwalk, which lets you float through the clouds, and it carries Fly for pathfinding.

It stands 1.2 m tall and weighs 6 kg. The magic defense number is well ahead of its physical defense, so it holds up against casters and folds faster under heavy physical pressure. Fire, Earth, and Light attacks hit it hardest; incoming Ice damage is cut to a fraction.

Its trait, Shrouded in Mist, builds one stack each time it spends five seconds off the field or lands a basic attack. At four stacks it enters the Shrouded in Mist state, and the next skill you cast consumes it for a stronger version of that skill.

Nimbi Burst serves as the team buff: it strikes the ground to deal AoE damage, then grants the team 15% more damage and BREAK efficiency for 20 seconds. Consuming Shrouded in Mist raises the bonus to 30% and also extends it to nearby allies.

Nebula Burst does the same thing for Dark damage specifically, which makes this Turbo a natural partner for a Dark carry. Cloud Orb and Thunder Bolt are the single-target options, exploding for 180% and 120% Might respectively when the trait is spent, with Thunder Bolt also applying Paralysis.

Cloud Shield absorbs up to 15% of max HP and trims stamina consumption by 15% for 20 seconds, rising to 19% max HP under Shrouded in Mist. The ultimate, Collectible Drop, shakes seven collectibles out of its wool, each restoring 6% HP when picked up.

Back home it fills three job slots at Leisure Lv. 3, Wind Lv. 3, and Ice Lv. 2, which is generous for a creature you can walk into a single meadow and catch.
