Aniimo: How to Get Tromber in Breezy Plains

Tromber is a bird-like Aniimo with a long beak and pale plumage, and it is one of the creatures you cannot simply walk up to whenever you feel like it. Its spawn is tied to the weather, so a clear-sky sweep of the coastline will turn up nothing no matter how long you search.

Quick answer: Tromber only spawns while it is raining. Travel to Breezy Plains at coordinates -1241, 0566, weaken the bird standing on the offshore rocks, then catch it with an Anipod Mega.

Tromber spawn conditions and location

Rain is the trigger. When the weather in Breezy Plains turns wet, a small group of white birds gathers on a rocky outcrop just off the shoreline, a short run from the beach. Once the rain stops, they are gone.

In the overworld, the bird you are aiming at may be labeled Chirpi rather than Tromber. That is normal. The Aniilog entry updates to Tromber once the catch lands.

How to catch Tromber

Wait until it starts raining in the world. Nothing else in the sequence works until the weather changes, so keep playing elsewhere and check the sky periodically.

Open the map and set your route to Breezy Plains, coordinates -1241, 0566. That point sits on the beach, facing a cluster of rocks in the shallows.

Run out to the rocky island and look for the white, long-beaked birds standing on it. Lock on to the one you want; the reticle turns green and a health and capture wheel appears over it.

Shoot it with a standard Anipod to bring its health down. A weakened target raises your catch percentage, which is what the wheel around the creature is tracking.

Cycle to a stronger capture device and throw it. The tiers run Anipod, Anipod Pro, Anipod Hyper, and Anipod Mega, and the Mega is the one to use if you do not want to burn several attempts on a rain window that may close.

How to confirm the catch registered

A successful catch pays out 100 EXP and pops a profile card on screen reading No.008 Basic Form Tromber, tagged as a Nova Stage Support creature with the line “Audience or not, the music can never stop.” If you see that card, the Aniilog entry is unlocked and you do not need another one for the collection.

Breezy Plains areas to clear while you wait for rain

Rain is not something you control, so the practical move is to park yourself in the region and work through its collectibles until the weather turns. Breezy Plains covers several areas at very different level bands.

Nimbus Fields

The lowest band in the region, running Lv. 5-15. It holds 60 chests, 11 lumin amber, 10 ecological points, five blooms, four lumin collections, two bonfires, and two pathfinder challenges, making it the densest area here for early collection progress.

The Argent Strait

A coastal stretch at Lv. 28-32, which lines up closely with the level of the birds on the Tromber rocks. It contains 38 chests, 10 lumin amber, six pathfinder challenges, three blooms, three ecological points, one lumin collection, and one bonfire.

Driftwise Meadow

Far above the rest at Lv. 50-55, with 40 chests, seven ecological points, three lumin amber, three pathfinder challenges, two blooms, one lumin collection, and one transporter. Leave it alone until your team is well past the Tromber hunt.

Keep a stock of higher-tier Anipods on hand before you go hunting. Weather-gated spawns give you a narrow window to work with, and the difference between walking away with Tromber and watching the rain stop usually comes down to how many good capture devices you brought.
