The Fists II quest in Aniimo asks for two kills, and the second one stalls a lot of players because the target simply is not there during the day. The Nighttime Form Glynsera you need only walks the field after dark, so the fight is gated by the in-game clock rather than by your level or gear.

Quick answer: Open the field menu, use the day and night time adjustment to set Nighttime, then defeat Old Recas, the Nighttime Form Glynsera that appears in Beast Fang Ridge.

Where the Fists II objective takes place

Fists II takes place in Beast Fang Ridge, a sub-area within the Breezy Plains map. Track the quest through your journal to display both tasks: bring down the Alpha Scorchhowl and defeat Glynsera in Nighttime Form. Either objective can come first, although arranging the nighttime encounter is generally quicker.

Force nighttime to spawn the Glynsera

You do not have to wait out the day cycle. Aniimo lets you jump the clock straight to night from the field, and the spawn reacts to that change immediately.

Return to the open field in Beast Fang Ridge and open the in-game menu. Look for the day and night time adjustment option rather than fast travel or rest.
On the clock wheel, select the Nighttime period and confirm the prompt to advance time. The world lighting shifts as soon as the change applies.
Head back out into the field. The quest target, Old Recas, appears as a Nighttime Form Glynsera, with dialogue about the cold and the ice as you approach. Bonesky will usually be wandering nearby.

What you are fighting: Nighttime Glynsera resistances

The Nighttime Form is a Nova stage DPS with a Dark and Ice element pairing, which changes the damage math compared to the standard Ice-only Glynsera. Bringing an ice team into this fight is the single most common way to make it drag.

Incoming damageMultiplier
Fire, Wind, Holy×1.6
Ice, Water, Lightning×0.625

Holy abilities are the straightforward choice because both the buff and the attack use the same element. Glimmer Shot costs 10 EP and launches a Light Orb at the target; a successful hit increases the entire team’s damage by 15% for 20 seconds. Prismana Slash costs 20 EP and delivers a 55-power Holy attack, sending out three light blades for three hits. For extra sustain, Healing Water heals every ally for 8% of the caster’s max HP and has a 20 second cooldown.

Hold the skill button with Glimmer Shot to aim it, so the damage buff is not wasted on a Bonesky that wandered into the line of fire.

Break Old Recas twice to close out the fight

Engaging Old Recas usually pulls the surrounding Bonesky into the fight as well, so expect to be handling adds while you build the stagger gauge. Keep your skills pointed at Old Recas and let area damage clean up the rest.

The fight is structured around Break windows. Fill the stagger gauge until Old Recas enters Break, then dump your highest-power skills while it is staggered. That first Break is where most of the health bar disappears.

After the first Break ends, keep attacking and build the gauge again. A second Break triggers while story dialogue plays, and that window is normally enough to finish the target off.

How to confirm the objective cleared

Three things happen in sequence once Old Recas goes down. A Spirit Dust: Ghost Glynsera entry pops up with background story text about the encounter, the Nighttime Form objective ticks off, and the quest tracker rolls over to the remaining target. If you do not see the Spirit Dust screen, the kill did not register as the quest target.

Any Bonesky still standing can be captured before you move on, which is worth doing since the line evolves into Glynsera later. With that done, the tracker updates to Defeat the Alpha Scorchhowl, so open the map to fix your position and head out through the rock archway toward the remaining target.

Nothing about the encounter is missable. If you change the clock back to daytime before finishing, Old Recas simply stops appearing, and setting the wheel to Nighttime again brings the fight back.
