Honkai Star Rail Version 4.6 adds Pearl as its sole new unit, alongside familiar characters returning to the warp banners. Pearl makes her debut in the first half as a 5-star Ice character who follows the Path of Elation. The update has two phases, each with its own character and Light Cone lineups.

Phase 1 banners: Pearl and Evanescia
The first half runs two featured 5-star warps at the same time. Pearl arrives as the new limited unit, and Evanescia returns on a rerun banner for anyone who missed her earlier. Three boosted 4-stars round out both banners.

Phase 1 Light Cones
Pearl and Evanescia each get their signature 5-star Light Cone on their respective warps. The two banners share a pity counter, so you can move between them and keep the progress you built up.

How to plan your pulls
Pearl is the only genuinely new character in the version, which makes 4.6 a straightforward decision point. If you want her plus her signature Light Cone, save enough before Phase 1 opens, since the shared-pity setup lets you spread pulls across both first-half warps. Evanescia and Mortenax Blade are both reruns, so returning players who already own them can hold resources for later.
Once the update installs and maintenance ends, the featured banners appear under the Warp menu with their end dates listed in-game. Phase 2 replaces the Phase 1 lineup automatically at the halfway point, so there is no separate action needed to switch between them.
