The lights never come on the first time you walk into Zoe’s house in Silent Hill: Townfall. The meter tucked behind a crawlspace by the stairs reads “Supply Disabled / Insert Credit,” which locks the computer in the living room and, with it, the emails you need for the organ transport container. The fix is a prepaid Electricard bought from a shop a short run away, plus a very specific button order on the panel itself.
Quick answer: Take the £5 Prepaid Power Card from the cash register in Peters Newsagents, then at Zoe’s power box press Button A until “Card Credit” shows, insert the card, press Button B, and flip the master switch.
What you need before the power box will accept anything
The panel will not respond to anything until you are holding a card with credit on it. Two other pickups make the trip far less painful, and both are inside the house.
- Prepaid Power Card — the £5 Electricard, described in your inventory as a smart card that slots into a power meter to pay for electricity.
- Make a working flashlight by combining the AA Batteries and the Flashlight Without Batteries in your inventory. Find the flashlight in a drawer left of the organ transport container, while the batteries are in a small cabinet in the second room on the left upstairs.
- Power Card Credit Guide — the CEG Chapman Energy Group leaflet resting on a cardboard box beside the meter, which spells out the four-step credit sequence.
The leaflet identifies where to buy them: any local newsagent sells Electricards. In the Coastal District — South, that narrows the search to one building in the Shorefront area.

Reaching the power box inside Zoe’s house
Retrace your route back to Zoe’s house, which sits west of the town square and is marked on the Shorefront map. Cycle maps with L1 and R1 if you lose your bearings in the fog.
Inside, look for the low opening underneath the staircase. Crouch, crawl through it, and use the flashlight to pick out the panel on the wall. The screen shows Current Credit £0.00 and Current Debt £0.00, with Buttons A and B above a card slot labelled “INSERT CARD FIRMLY IN DIRECTION OF ARROWS,” and a red master switch at the lower right.
Power box button order: applying the Card Credit
The credit guide states that credit is applied minus any outstanding balance owed. On this meter the Current Debt field reads £0.00, so the full £5 lands as usable credit.

How to confirm the power is restored
Two things tell you it worked. The master switch sits in the ON position and the meter no longer displays the “Supply Disabled” message, and the house lighting is live when you crawl back out from under the stairs.
The real check is the living room computer. Head back to it, switch it on, refresh the inbox and open the middle email from Zoe. That message, read alongside the Organ Transplant Card from the upstairs bathroom, gives you the numbers for the organ transport container in the kitchen and the Zoe’s Lanyard Badge waiting inside it.
