Phantom Weapons in Architect: Land of Exiles sit in their own summon pool, separate from costumes, and a 5-star pull like the Night-Walking Wanderer can land from nothing more than stacked free coupons. The catch is what happens after the pull: the weapon does not go straight into your collection. It waits in a Confirm tab with a countdown attached.
Quick answer: Free Phantom Weapon Summon Coupons come from the 14-day launch attendance event, which grants 10 coupons on Day 14, plus daily gold-priced guild chests from Appraisor Monica.
Free summon sources for Phantom Weapons
Three systems hand out draws without touching diamonds. Only the first two feed the Phantom Weapon pool directly; the Giant’s Vending Machine is a separate free draw that pays out gear and materials.
| Source | Where | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| 14-Day Attendance Event | Event menu | Phantom Weapon Summon Coupon ×10 (Day 14) |
| Appraiser’s Guild | Adventurers Alliance, Appraisor Monica | Guild Phantom Weapon Summon Chest, bought daily for gold |
| Giant’s Vending Machine | Town, 100 tokens per ticket | Lucky Chest, Infusion-Cores, Stardust, blueprints |
Launch attendance event
The launch celebration attendance track runs through October 7 at 02:59 UTC+8, having opened on September 16 at 11:00. Rewards are claimed in-game under Event, in the Architect Launch Celebration 14-Day Attendance Event tab. Day 1 gives a Global Launch Celebration Growth Support Chest, Day 2 a 3★ Costume Summon Chest, Day 7 ten Costume Summon Coupons, and Day 14 ten Phantom Weapon Summon Coupons.
At 03:00 each day, attendance starts over, so the daily claim period uses that time instead of your local midnight.
Appraiser’s Guild chests
Teleport to Adventurers Alliance and talk to Appraisor Monica. Her stock includes a daily Appraiser’s Guild Costume Summon Chest and a Guild Phantom Weapon Summon Chest, both priced in gold rather than diamonds. Buy them, then open the 2-Star chests from your inventory to add weapons and owned effects without spending premium currency.
Giant’s Vending Machine tokens
The Giant’s Vending Machine orb in town takes Giant’s Vending Machine Tokens at 100 per ticket, so a three-ticket insert costs 300. The reward pool covers the Giant’s Vending Machine Lucky Chest, mount registration certificates, a 4-star Costume Chest, 4-star Infusion-Cores, Stardust, blueprints, Equipment Selection Chests, and the Batwing Headpiece Chest.
Tokens come from Adventurers Alliance tasks, Monolith War, quests, the Codex, and Grand Incursion rewards. Incursion zones are the fastest grind. Clearing waves in an area such as Scything Barrens during a Storm Incursion drops Vending Machine Tokens alongside Istarium and Adventurers Alliance Coins.

Confirm tab: expiry timer, replace attempts, and diamond cost
A fresh 5-star does not land in your equipment list on its own. Open the side menu, pick Phantom Weapon, and go to the Confirm tab. The weapon sits there with its base stats, a set of remaining replace attempts, a countdown to expiry, and a diamond price for rerolling it.
- Base stats for the pulled weapon, shown before it enters your collection.
- Replace attempts, five on a fresh Night-Walking Wanderer entry.
- An expiry countdown that starts just under seven days.
- A replace cost of 7,000 diamonds per attempt.
Tap the weapon name to read its skill text. The Night-Walking Wanderer carries the Champion’s Power active skill plus the Domination Suppression and Heart’s Fury passives, and those tooltips are the only way to compare it fairly against what you already have equipped.
The countdown in the Confirm tab keeps running whether or not you act, so decide on the weapon well before the timer empties.
You know the process finished when the weapon disappears from Confirm and shows up in the Owned tab, filterable by rarity and class. At that point the Summon Pass mission counter also reflects the draws you spent, incrementing toward its next milestone.
Owned tab, Emperor’s Armory effect, and fusing duplicates
The Owned tab lists everything you have collected and lets you filter by star rating and class. A Mage, for example, can line up Celestial Ring’s Staff and Staff of Blessed Authority against a currently equipped 4-star Of the Wailing-Abyss Staff before committing to a swap.

The Armory tab is where collection pays off. Emperor’s Armory effects apply passive stat upgrades based on the weapons you slot, which means low-rarity pulls from guild chests still contribute even if you never equip them. Two more tabs sit alongside it. Ascend raises a weapon’s tier, and Fuse converts lower-tier weapons into higher ranks, giving duplicates a use.
Paid routes: Summon Pass and shop chests
If the free stack runs dry, three purchases add draws. None of them are required to reach a 5-star, and diamonds accumulate slowly enough that the 7,000 replace cost is a real decision rather than a routine one.
| Option | Where | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Summon Pass | Shop → Mission → Summon Pass | 2,000 diamonds, track runs to level 32 |
| Summon Coupon Lucky Package | Shop → Item → Weekly/Monthly | Real money, includes bonus diamonds |
| 5-Star Phantom Weapon Selection Chest | Shop | Listed with its own drop rates |
The Summon Pass is the better value of the three if you are already pulling. Its missions track how many costumes and Phantom Weapons you summon from the Summon Shop, scaling up to 1,000 summons, and the track itself hands back summon chests at intervals. Buying the pass does not grant draws on its own, so it only makes sense alongside a steady coupon supply.
Played purely free, the realistic path is the attendance track for a bulk of coupons, Monica’s gold chests every day for a trickle, and Incursion farming for vending machine tokens on the side. That is enough volume to see 5-star results, and the Confirm tab timer is the only part of the loop that punishes you for waiting.
