The Finance room in CEG Tower stays sealed during Part 5: Richard, and it holds the Projector Lens you need to keep the main objective moving. The door uses a keypad, so an Access Card alone will not get you inside. You need a four-digit combination as well.
Quick answer: The Finance room opens with the code 2709. Tap your Access Card on the reader next to the door, type 2709 on the keypad, then press OK to unlock it.

Access Card you need before the Finance room
Before using the keypad, obtain the required key card. Go to the Boardroom on Floor 5 of CEG Tower and take the Access Card Level 3 / 4 from the table. Without this card, the reader beside the Finance room door will not work, and multiple doors along the route to the code will remain locked.
How to enter the Finance room code and get the Projector Lens
Press OK to confirm. Skipping the OK prompt leaves the door shut even after the correct code, so make sure you select it.
Once the door opens, head to the C.F.O. office inside. The Projector Lens is sitting on the desk. Collecting it advances your Part 5: Richard objective, so you know the code worked when the lens is in your inventory and the office is accessible.

Where to find the Finance room code in CEG Tower
If the keypad refuses the code until you have read the clue in-game, or you simply want to reach the combination the intended way, the code is written on a document hidden a few floors down.
In the Storeroom, access the General Storage Locker and remove the CEG Checkout Sheet. Its listed combination for the Finance room is 2709.

After entering, go into the C.F.O. office and pick up the desk’s Projector Lens. This confirms that the sequence is complete, allowing you to take the lens back toward restoring the projector.
