The morph roster in SCP MORPH keeps growing, and the newest additions are spread across the Backrooms, the Infected City, Siren Head Forest, and Sea Eater Beach. Some are simple trophy pickups sitting in the open. Others are gated behind a keypad code, a tool you have to find first, or a scripted sequence you need to survive.

Quick answer: Most new morphs unlock by pressing E on a gold trophy in their zone. The rest need a code, a tool, or an NPC sequence, and each ends with a CONGRATULATIONS! screen.

Trophy pickups with no prerequisites

Six morphs are plain collectibles. Walk to the trophy, press E Collect, and the unlock screen fires immediately.

Entity 96 (Backrooms)

Reach the Backrooms by touching the yellow wall smeared with black material; a tall, shadow-like figure will seize your character and pull them downward. Once you land, climb into the vent and complete the platforming route through the yellow maze labeled DON’T FALL. Entity 96’s trophy is waiting at the platform section’s end.

Man From The Window (Backrooms exit)

Slide down the colored tubes, then look for the ladder that leads out of the house painting. Climbing it drops you into a grassy outdoor area with rolling hills, and the trophy is sitting in the open there.

Smiley (Siren Head Forest)

Teleport to Siren Head Forest and follow the oversized footprints pressed into the ground. They lead straight to a golden trophy. One press of E and Smiley is yours.

Ningen (Sea Eater Beach)

Teleport to Sea Eater Beach and walk along the wooden dock. Keep going across the water and you will spot a trophy floating on the surface. Press E to take it.

Demogorgon (Infected City)

Head through the city streets until you reach the Subway entrance. A pile of brick rubble sits next to it, and the trophy is on the ground beside the debris.

Lovity (Infected City)

Search the city for the large pink tornado and the shipping container yard near it. Climb the purple and green containers beside the giant blue Rainbow Friend to reach the gold trophy on top.

Morphs locked behind a code or a phone call

Partygoer: Keypad code 5237

Find the pad in the Backrooms with the number written on it. The code is 5237.
Go to the door marked FIND CODE and type 5237 into the keypad to open it.
Inside the party room, a phone is ringing. Answer it, and Partygoer is added to your collection.

Ben: Phone number 4425233

In the Infected City, find the butcher shop with HOUSE written on it and an OPEN sign outside. Then move around the counter to where the butcher is standing.
Pick up the PhoneNumber board lying on the floor. It displays the number 4425233.
Take the board over to the TALKING DOG house, then use the red phone beside Ben.
On the ENTER PHONE NUMBER keypad, input 4425233. Ben then answers the call in a cutscene, prepares potions in a laboratory, and is hit by a storm cloud. After the scene finishes, the morph becomes available.

Backrooms morphs that need a tool first

Skin Stealer: Find the Axe

Swim through the flooded tile area of the Backrooms and pick up the loose wooden plank.
Lay the plank across the gap to make a bridge, cross it, and grab the Axe from the floor.
Take the Axe back to the boarded wooden doors marked DO NOT ENTER and break through them. The Skin Stealer trophy is on a table inside.

Bone Thief: Use the Dynamite

A pack of Dynamite sits in one of the hallway corners. Carry it to the cracked wall and set it off. Blowing the wall open reveals the Bone Thief trophy behind it.

Timed and scripted unlocks

Smiler: Survive the red hallway

Enter the red corridor labeled RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!! and a monster starts chasing you. Hospital beds and other obstacles block the path, so weave around them without stopping. Reaching the exit at the far end unlocks Smiler.

Charlie The Steak: A 120-second cure run

Teleport to the Infected City and run into the Meat House butcher shop. Charlie The Steak is sitting on the counter.
Press E Help at the counter. Charlie explains what happened to him and a 120-second timer starts with the prompt FIND THE CURE!
Leave the shop and head toward the burning debris in the street. The green vial cure is sitting on a wooden crate.
Carry it back to the counter and use the E Heal prompt before the timer runs out.

Falsity: Adopt the blue sphere

From the starting lobby, run down the hallway and out to the forest area. The blue sphere named Falsity is waiting there with an E Adopt prompt.
Follow the sphere along the grass path and wait for it to transform. Dialogue plays throughout, and the game tells you when to keep waiting.
Stay put while Verity fights Falsity. A cutscene triggers where SCP-096 grabs both spheres and turns them into humanoid monsters for the fight.
Once the fight ends, press E CHOOSE on the blue sphere to take Falsity.

Morphs sold for Robux

A handful of morphs cannot be found in the world at all. Bacteria has its own pedestal in the lobby and costs 699 Robux to buy outright. The shop menu also lists limited morphs that are purchase-only.

  • Trolege
  • Backyard Angel
  • Blue

Limited morphs are sold through the in-game shop menu, not through the trophies scattered across the maps, so no amount of exploring will unlock them.

Confirming an unlock and equipping the morph

Every successful unlock flashes a CONGRATULATIONS! screen with the morph’s name on it. After that, open the Morphs menu, find the new entry in the list, and equip it. Your avatar swaps instantly and the morph’s own attack and movement animations become available.

The collection counter is the other way to check. It reads COLLECTED with your current total out of 184, and it ticks up by one each time a morph is added. If the number did not move, the unlock did not register.

Falsity and Lovity behave differently from the rest. Both start in a small ball form and carry a TRANSFORM button on screen. Pressing it switches them into their taller monster shapes, and the transformation is part of the morph rather than a separate unlock.

Work through one zone at a time rather than hopping between teleports. The Backrooms alone account for six of these morphs, and the tool-based unlocks there share the same set of corridors, so a single visit can clear most of the list.
