Since both her personal output and the ATK-scaling Stellar-Swirl passive benefit from ATK, build her as a high-ATK CRIT carry instead of a pure Elemental Mastery reaction unit.

Beyond the Chrysalis is her signature Sword and her best-in-slot. Each Elemental Skill or Burst cast rotates through three effects, granting up to 56% CRIT DMG for 10 seconds, up to 56% Stellar Swirl reaction damage for 10 seconds, or a burst of Elemental Energy. That trio maps directly onto her Skill-heavy combo, giving her CRIT DMG, reaction damage, and energy in one package.
Whitelake Frostfeather is Odette’s signature weapon and the closest premium substitute. It provides CRIT Rate and stacking ATK from Elemental Skill hits, then rewards Stellar reaction damage and restores energy at full stacks. If you already own it, you can skip pulling for her signature.

Scarlet Proof is her best-in-slot set. The 2-piece bonus adds 18% ATK, and the 4-piece bonus grants 16% CRIT Rate plus 40% Stellar Swirl reaction damage for 10 seconds after she triggers a Stellar Swirl. Its domain also drops the Heart of the Furnace set, which is efficient since Stellar teammates want that set too.
Viridescent Venerer is the main alternative and sits only 1-2% behind. It shreds enemy Anemo and Cryo resistance, which helps the whole team, and it is strongest when Vesna is your only Anemo unit. Any mixed set that delivers ATK, such as 2-piece ATK combined with 2-piece Elemental Mastery, also works as a stopgap.
Vesna deals Stellar-Swirl damage, so plain Anemo DMG Bonus is wasted on her. Do not use an Anemo goblet or any set built purely around Anemo DMG.
Talent priority
