The Guardian Blade of Drifting Snow is a field boss added in Genshin Impact Version 7.1, sitting on a frozen arena in eastern Snezhnaya. Defeating her drops the ascension materials needed for Vesna, one of the new Snezhnayan characters. The fight is short once you understand her Ice Coffin, but ignoring that mechanic lets her heal and turn the tables.

The boss waits atop a frozen pool in the Tidesong Cavern region, in the eastern part of Snezhnaya. It also sits south of the House of Hesperides. The quickest route is to teleport to the waypoint south of the Tidesong Cavern Meeting Point and head east across the ice.
There is a Teleport Waypoint right by the arena entrance. Unlock it before summoning the boss so you can return in seconds on future runs. Interacting with it also gives you a small one-time reward of Primogem x5 and Mora x500. Once you approach the frozen clearing, the enemy appears and the fight begins.
The Ice Coffin mechanic and how to break it
Her regular attacks can be handled with normal dodging and healing. The fight changes once her HP drops below a set threshold. At that point she retreats to the center of the arena and seals herself inside an Ice Coffin, taking no damage while periodically dealing AoE Cryo DMG around the field.
The coffin does not break from raw damage alone. First you need to trigger a Stellar Glimmer reaction, such as Stellar Swirl or Stellar Conduct, which makes the shield fragile. Once fragile, it becomes especially vulnerable to Electro and Anemo attacks. Pyro also works, and breaking it with Pyro only unlocks the “Passion Ablaze” achievement.
