Control Resonant: The Party Won’t Stop Walkthrough (Every Correct Lyric)

The Party Won’t Stop is a discovery side quest in the West Incursion Zone of Control Resonant. It looks simple from the street, but the building where the music is playing cannot be entered head-on, and the karaoke session inside forces Dylan to pick the right lyrics or watch civilians die. Nail every prompt and you save the whole room and unlock a trophy you can only earn once.

Quick answer: Use Shift to reach the apartment through its rooftop door, interact with the karaoke box, and select all nine correct lyrics in a row to save every partygoer and earn Be What You Want To Be.

What you need before starting

You cannot walk straight into the building. The route in depends on a traversal ability, so make sure you have handled these first.

The Shift ability, which lets Dylan align with gravity anomalies and move along walls.
Progress through the West Incursion Zone Resonant quest, which includes the Incursion Fault where Shift is unlocked.

Where the quest starts in the West Incursion Zone

Head to the western corner of the West Incursion Zone and clear out the Mold enemies in the area. Listen for the music and look for the apartment building giving off a violet light through its windows. Walking near it adds The Party Won’t Stop to your Quest Log automatically.

How to reach the karaoke apartment

Go to the street on the opposite side of the building and move up. Continue forward, take the right turn, and deal with the enemies waiting along the way.

Climb onto the next rooftop and head northwest to reach a checkpoint.

Jump onto the roof of the building west of you and use the blue door to get inside. Take the stairs down, then enter the apartment that has music coming from it.

Inspect the Exhausted Dancers inside. The objective updates to sing, and a karaoke box becomes your next target.

Every correct karaoke lyric

Interact with the karaoke box to begin. Dylan sings while the game asks you to complete each line, and picking the wrong option costs a civilian. Choose the responses below in order, and everyone survives.

Missing even a single prompt locks you out of the achievement. It is the only missable achievement in Control Resonant, so if you slip up, you must reload your last checkpoint and run the song again.

Rewards and how to confirm the quest is done

When the song finishes, the quest closes, and every civilian is saved. You can talk to one of them afterward to hear the story behind the party. Clearing the perfect run grants the following.

The clearest sign you succeeded is the achievement pop-up after the final line. If it does not appear, one of your lyric choices was wrong, and reloading the last checkpoint to retry the karaoke box is the only way to earn it.
