Act 5 of Silent Hill Townfall moves from the barricaded construction site outside CEG HQ up through the tower itself, and it holds 12 of the game’s 85 Discoveries. Because there is no chapter select and no way to walk back once the story pushes forward, everything here is missable on a single run. Two lock codes, four keys, and a projector repair sit between you and the last pickup on the 10th floor.
Quick answer: Act 5 contains Documents 61–72, which includes Clues 70 and 71. The codes you need are 147 for the trailer locker and 2709 for the Finance keypad, and the projector slides run D, F, B, C, E, A.
Act 5 Discoveries checklist: Documents 61–72
Documents and Clues both count toward the same Discoveries total, so treat the two Clues in this act exactly like the emails and notes around them. Four of the entries are stored on computer terminals rather than lying on furniture.
| No. | Name | Where it is |
|---|---|---|
| 61/85 | Construction Halted Notice | Desk inside the site office trailer |
| 62/85 | CEG Kiosk Note | Ground-floor kiosk desk, behind the roll-up shutter |
| 63/85 | CEG Memo | Office desk beside a monitor, up the red-lit stairs |
| 64/85 | Facilities: Works Halted | Memtec terminal in the trailer office (needs power) |
| 65/85 | DONTREAD.DOC | Second email on the same terminal |
| 66/85 | CEG Tower Meeting Minutes | Meeting Room table, 3rd floor |
| 67/85 | CEG Tower: Evening News | PR office terminal, 3rd floor |
| 68/85 | CEG Tower: Engineer Public Statement | Second email on the PR terminal |
| 69/85 | PR Meeting Note | Metal drawer unit, adjoining 3rd-floor office |
| 70/85 (Clue) | Richard’s Note | Floor beside a body, 3rd-floor bullpen |
| 71/85 (Clue) | CEG Checkout Sheet | 4th-floor Storeroom supply cabinet |
| 72/85 | CEG Tower: He’s Done | CEO Reception terminal, 10th floor |
Two building maps also turn up during the act. The CEG HQ Second Floor map sits on the mezzanine floor beside a corpse near the stairwell landing, and picking it up makes the Operations and Sales layout far easier to sweep.

Construction site: Documents 61–65, the generator and the Shotgun
Past the exterior gate, the site office trailer holds the Construction Halted Notice on a wooden desk. Back at ground level, lift the metal roll-up shutter to reach the kiosk and take the CEG Kiosk Note off the reception desk, then follow the red-lit corridors and stairs into the office where the CEG Memo sits next to a lit computer.

The Managers Office nearby has a small wall-mounted key cabinet. The Generator Key hangs inside it, and without that key the trailer office terminal stays dead and Documents 64 and 65 stay out of reach.

Locker code 147 and the First Aid Kit
With power on, boot the Memtec terminal in the trailer office and read both stored emails. Works Halted counts as Document 64, and DONTREAD.DOC counts as Document 65. That second email is a list of numbers somebody kept forgetting, and the last line gives the locker code.
Dial 1-4-7 on the purple locker in the same trailer to open it and take the First Aid Kit inside.

The Shotgun is story-related, not a hidden pickup. It is handed over automatically during the scripted encounter with the bearded man in a business suit in the mezzanine area, so there is nothing to search for.
CEG Tower floors 3 to 5: Documents 66–71 and both clearance items
The tower’s paperwork clusters on the third floor, but the card that opens the locked half of it is five floors up. Ride up to the Board Room first, take the Access Card – Level 3/4 straight off the large conference table, then work back down.
Third floor: meeting minutes, PR emails and Richard’s Note
The Meeting Room holds the handwritten CEG Tower Meeting Minutes on its table. In the PR department office, the terminal stores two emails that register as Documents 67 and 68, covering the CEO’s live television comments and the legal department’s refusal to issue a denial on behalf of the engineer.
In a rear corner of the adjoining office, a metal flat-file drawer unit holds the PR Meeting Note. Richard’s Note, the first of the act’s two Clues, lies on the floor beside a body in the cubicle bullpen. Read it instead of merely collecting it: it provides the storeroom and records codes for the first, second and third floors.
Fourth floor: Storeroom Key, Projector Bulb and the Checkout Sheet
A dead employee on the floor of a 4th-floor corner office is carrying the CEG Storeroom Key. Unlock the Storeroom with it and open the general storage cabinet inside, which holds both the Projector Bulb and the CEG Checkout Sheet. The sheet is Clue 71, and the handwritten number in its bottom-right corner is the Finance keypad code, 2709. Its 16 March entry also records that the projector lens was checked out to 3rd Floor Finance.
Third Floor Finance: Projector Lens
The Finance door needs the Level 3/4 card and the code together. Swipe the card, enter 2709 on the keypad, then head for the CFO’s office and open the top-right desk drawer to take the Projector Lens.
Projector puzzle solution and the CEO Access Card
The Board Room projector on the 5th floor carries a sticky note reading “BULB & LENS BROKEN!” Fit the Projector Bulb into the socket on its side, mount the Projector Lens on the front, then hit the power switch. The screen lights up with a six-point agenda, which is the key to the slide order.
Before you leave the room, take the CEG Maintenance Key from beside the board member slumped over the table. That key gets you through the maintenance door and stairwell down to the 1st-floor meeting room, where the Projector Slides are sitting in a blue container on the conference table.
Each slide matches one agenda line, so load them in this order:
| Agenda | Topic | Slide |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Recent Headlines | D |
| 2 | External Demonstrations | F |
| 3 | Company Hierarchy | B |
| 4 | Financial Projections | C |
| 5 | Public Inquiry | E |
| 6 | Counter Arguments | A |
The full sequence is D, F, B, C, E, A. Run the presentation once the slides are seated, and the CEO Access Card is handed over from Richard Shaw at the table. The card is registered to Senior Management, which is what the elevator checks.
Final pickup: Document 72 on the 10th floor
Use the CEO Access Card in the elevator and select the 10th floor, signposted for Management and Pipeline. The CEO Reception desk terminal holds one email from HR titled “Might as well pack his things. He’s done.” Reading it registers Document 72 and closes out the act’s Discoveries.
To confirm nothing slipped past you, check your Discoveries total before the story moves on. All 12 entries collected means the counter reads 72 of 85 at the point you finish here. If it is short, the terminals are the usual culprit, since each one stores two separate emails that must both be opened.
