Aniimo Fists II Walkthrough (Beast Fang Ridge)

Fists II is a journey quest tied to the Legend of Thousand-Fang Ridge line in Aniimo, and it runs entirely inside the Beast Fang Ridge area of the Breezy Plains region. It centers on Icho, a former champion Scorchhowl, and asks you to clear a short chain of Alpha fights before returning to hear his story. You do not need to finish Fists I first, so you can start this quest on its own.

Quick answer: Travel to Beast Fang Ridge, defeat the Alpha Scorchhowl, the Alpha Glynsera, and the Nighttime form of Glynsera, then talk to Icho at the Outpost to complete Fists II.

How to start Fists II in Beast Fang Ridge

The quest is picked up in Beast Fang Ridge, part of the Breezy Plains. Open the world map, find Beast Fang Ridge, and use a nearby waypoint such as Frigid Waters to get close to the objective markers. The main target sits in a large hole to the west of the area.

Before you drop in, bring Aniimo that counter Ice and Dark and are at Level 38 for the final fight.

Fists II walkthrough

Open the world map in Breezy Plains, locate Beast Fang Ridge, and fast travel to the Frigid Waters waypoint to begin tracking the quest. This puts you within running distance of the first Alpha marker.

Head up the cliffs toward the Alpha Scorchhowl marker and defeat the Level 33 Alpha Scorchhowl. Capturing it afterward with an Anipod yields the Tenacious Fang item.

Cross the field to a vine-covered cave entrance. Summon a Fire Aniimo to burn away the thorny barrier, then drop into the cavern below.

Inside the icy arena, defeat the Level 36 Alpha Glynsera. Capturing it grants the Canid Battle Bone.

Travel to the large pit west of Beast Fang Ridge and defeat Glynsera in its Nighttime form. This Aniimo has the Level 38 Ice and Dark-type designation, so have suitable elemental counters ready.

After the fight, check the quest log. The Fists II objective updates to talk to Icho about the legend of Beast Fang Ridge.

Bring up the map again, then use the Outpost waypoint in Breezy Plains, close to Beast Fang Ridge, for fast travel.

At the Outpost, speak to Icho standing beside Dr. Lewis. Ask him about the legend, finish the dialogue, and the quest completes with rewards handed over.

How to confirm Fists II is complete

The quest closes as soon as you finish talking to Icho at the Outpost. You will see the reward screen appear and the Fists II entry clear from your active journey log. Recounting the legends to Icho also unlocks the related Icho’s Memories content.
