Instead, the cash register at the front counter asks for a four-digit code, and that code comes from the flashing lights on the store’s soda machine once you apply one important twist.
Quick answer: Enter 1213 at the cash register inside Urban Fresh Mart. The hidden passage opens on the left, leading down to a Health Upgrade.
Where to find Urban Fresh Mart in the West Incursion Zone
Urban Fresh Mart sits along the main street in the West Incursion Zone, on the route that runs between the House of Mirrors and the Museum of Curiosities. From the West Incursion Zone Fast Travel point, head south until you reach the storefront. It appears on the map as a SECRET marker once you get close enough.
Enemies guard the entrance, including Brutes. Clear them out first, since the debris blocking the door only disappears after the immediate threat is dealt with. Then run across the street and step inside.
How the code 1213 is worked out
Two notes in the store reveal the solution. The Soda Dispenser Debate note in the corner points to the flashing lights on the drink machine. A note on the counter explains that the distributor has been reversing drink orders. Account for this reversal: entering the sequence as it flashes gives the wrong result.
Interact with the THIRST STATION soda machine beside the window and watch the four separate light patterns. Count how many drink options light up in each flash to turn them into digits.
The flashes read as three lit options, then one, then two, then one again. That gives you 3121. Because the counter note says the orders are reversed, flip the whole sequence to get the number the register actually wants: 1213.

You know the code was correct when the wall passage beside the counter slides open and exposes the staircase down. Grabbing the third point from the mascot box triggers the Health Upgrade Point 3/3 pickup, and picking up the full set of three unlocks the “Core Competency” trophy. If the register does nothing, you likely entered 3121 without reversing it, so try 1213 again.
